I would like to know why the “birthday girl” marshmallow box is £2 more expensive than the “birthday boy” box?
There’s no difference other than some of the designs you can put on the marshmallows.

Received my first Boomf box that I’ve purchased for my brothers 30th birthday and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement! I was expecting a box I could put extra bits in and it’s literally £10 wasted! I’m not happy at all and will never be purchasing again for that price it’s disgusting

Ordered a boomf confetti box for my eldest child's 18th birthday, sat recording waiting for the reaction I have seen so many times on TV.. flop, the confetti fell and the box was didn't open up because it was squashed at one corner. Thought this was going to be our first of many orders but it was very disappointing.

I accidently ordered a boomf box + gift to the wrong address and when I emailed customer service upon realising my mistake, Will responded very quickly and was able to track it down to amend. Great customer service!

I made a small mistake with my order, so I immediately emailed Customer Services on a Bank Holiday (not expecting to receive a response until the next working day). I got a reply very quickly advising that they had rectified my error (thankfully, my order had not yet been processed). To receive this level of customer service, and especially over the bank holiday period, is just brilliant and provided me with a great customer experience! Thank you Boomf

Bought the unicorn 3d pop up confetti card for our granddaughter, what a waste of money she couldn’t even tell what it was, the confetti dropped out in a lump so disappointed
