I ordered a massage gun that took a month to arrive instead of a week as provided in the order confirmation. The massage gun broke after a couple of months of very little use. Customer support does not reply despite several emails. CANNOT RECOMMEND!

I order a Pistol, it arrived within 3 weeks but it didn't work.
I tried contacting their support, they promise to contact back within 24 hours, it's been already 2 weeks.
Do not do my same mistake, don't order from them.

Ordered a massage gun in Apr 2020, I am still waiting on the package to arrive. Originally out down an address which I was leaving in but subsequently found myself moving out of that accomodation 2 months later. Hadn't received the package at this stage so tried to contact them to ask for a change of address. They told me this simply could not be down. No proper explanation just that it couldn't be complete after processing. Fast forward 10 months, I am still contacting the same customer service representative who fails to ever give me any help, keeps telling me that a returns request has been submitted and I will have to wait. I have repeatedly asked for a call back from a manager which is continuously blatantly ignored. Still mail them almost every week asking for an update most times I don't receive a reply.

I am a very understanding person and can only imagine the difficulties companies have come into due to the current climate but seriously, €140 down the drain, this is robbery. A company opts into a deal with a customer, the customary pays and they deliver the service, which Boosterguns have failed to so. This is daylight robbery. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I URGE YOU.

The product never arrived and the customer service is brain dead. Stay far away from this company.

Did not give me the products I purchased and have so far failed to refund my purchase

Sent me a wrong power adapter and refuse to provide a replacement. Worst customer service I ever seen. This company is dying and provide no service to their customer. Avoid it at all cost.

I ordered online with expidited shipment also sincr first week of April, 2 months after i did not receive even a tracking numbet. I applied for a refund, until now i did not receive any refund. I follow up every week, all they can say is my request has been forwarded to the refund department. its always like that. I am not sure why it is taking so long for them to get my refund done.

So I’m quite annoyed and conflicted as I write this review. I ordered my Booster Gun on the 25th April almost 6 weeks ago. Given the CoVid 19 situation I paid for expedited shipping at an additional cost. This is advertised as follows
Expedited Shipping Delivery Time: 3-7 Business Days. Even allowing for some delay because of CoVid this is ridiculous that it hasn’t arrived.

I was first sent a tracking link which didn’t work and subsequently a second link which did work but my ‘gun’ seemed to get held up at different stages. It has now been flying to the destination airport for a week ( must be on a hot air ballon! )

Customer service has been very poor. They are slow to respond to emails up to a week between my emails and their follow up. They are unable to provide up dates and only respond that the Gun will eventually arrive.

Great products, have 2 of their units now.
