Boosteroid 

I've cancelled my account multiple times, and they refuse to refund my money. They don't give you a way to remove your payment method, and will charge your card at will.

They charged me twice after confirming my account was cancelled. Even though they say it’s not possible.

I've contact their support team and they have not provided a refund.

I’ve been using Boosteroid actively and the experience has been excellent. The service provides smooth and reliable access to modern games without the need for powerful hardware. I mostly play Sons of the Forest, GTA Online, CS2, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, and all of them run great.

Only 60gbs of storage, and there is not any option of increasing that.

Not only that, but they dont inform you that you only have 60gbs, before you’ve bought the subscribtion

I am using Boosteroid for more than 2 years, or more than that. But I love it, literally love it. You can play on phone also (I doing it in school, but don't tell them☺). I ran in few problem, but the support is 24/7 and they are trying their best to help you. There is also a little queue but it's not that bad, like waiting max 5 minutes to get in to the playing (for free games- this also making which game you try even if you have a license for pay games). Everything is smooth, the streams. I have problem with CPU in browsers, but I fix it by their application. No problem with streaming, sometimes. Like 3-4 times in Month I ran in to server who's far from me and I have worse ping, But terminate the stream, wait for like minute and hop on again, it should give you closer one and you can play. What you need is just a normal CPU and GOOD internet, or average internet. But you can do free speed test (If you want to give it a try.).
SO:
10/10 for support
9/10 for games (mainly the 3-A games, some oldschoold games like Neighbor from hell, you can also check for free which games they have on, but multi-player games like older BF games you cannot much play due to anticheat - blocking virtual machines)
10/10 streaming the game.

So in general 9,5/10 stars for boosteroid. I would love to be critic, but there is not much for critics. They trying and improving everything thing. When they find bug, report it and develop management try to resolve it as soon as possible.

I’m using my Boosteroid account for a year. That’s nice alternative for full PC setup. Especially with prices for RAM and blackouts

Wow, what a bad and disrespectful company, they advertise 4k and 120hz, I have in excess of 500.mbps Internet and over 50mbps upload, this company has reviews which say good for casual gaming on good graphics, such a lie, these are lies, bought the 6 month pack, what a mistake, basically asking for a refund is not allowed, even under consumer rights, they just stole.my money and gave me nothing, the games dont play, you dont get 4k or anywhere near 120fps, the connection is so poor it may rise to 45 and drop to 1, 2, or 3, mbps in seconds, and repeats it, I have videos of it doing this. The latency is worst. On the menu where you check it may say good and excellent. But when you try and game and enable stats it clearly only does 60fps with closee to 100 latency, who wants to play with this kind of delay? The is no number to call. You speak to someone online and they say they have requested a refund for me but they dont know if im going to get anything as its a different department. Your just paying for something to get a whole load of nothing in return. I presume its the distance from their servers, but they should check this and make sure its all stable before you purchase but nothing for me because it says good in the system check and its a lie. The good is only if its doing nothing on the menu screen. Refund my funds. Give me someone to talk to. Reply to this review. Dont steal from people.
I have tried many games, none are worth playing due to the latency.

Update: this is all occurring on hd stream only, 2k and 4k it just doesnt even load. You must have the usage stats and clearly see unstable connection, severe latency issue and unplayable results. As a customer I should be entitled to a refund if there is no service provided due to your own system problems. You say once activated you dont get a refund, how much money is grabbed from this? We buy something we have to log in and check if something works as advertised. You dont know until you login in and so called activate the account to play something. How stupid is it when you say this? Who will buy and just not even login and check a game and then ask for a refund? And in this case you will refund. I will contact my bank and trading standards. You cannot sell using false information and not even provide a service close to the 4k advertised. You have a duty of care towards customers and you are obliged to provide a refund when someone buys and then finds its all lies and you dont get what you paid for. Address my issue. I want a refund. You cant tell me you dont refund because I have activated an account and then tell me to go into that account and provide a video. I already told you it fluctuates too much, every time a test was run a different result was provided. Its a completely unstable service for where I live. UK based and closest server is in France. Anyone in UK should avoid this company if they do this to you after buying a 6 month package. Outright theft. EDIT: I have sent pictures of the connection and a video of the connection whilst game is running, when doing a test it fluctuates every test result is different, you can see by the video I sent you that the fluctuation is unplayable, and the icon to start the game doesnt even show up. Running a test on a menu screen with no movement and no game playing and still fluctuates. Not good for anyone in my area and possibly in whole of UK.
