Dont do it if you are playing based on…

Dont do it if you are playing based on steam ownership and want to leave MFA on (proper reasonable security which competitors like Geforce Now support). Steam will block your login for games and renders this service unusable.

Their terms of service will end up charging you anyways. You cant cancel out the minute you start a server and attempt to play a game. Even if your play time is clearly not long enough to be any real session.

They need to modernize in two ways: lifting steam blocks for their logins occurring in a state you arent in and allowing you to have MFA as well as better terms of service that are customer friendly. Right now there's a lot about them that just angers you as a first time customer going through this.

RE: The business's reply. Im also having a long delay and lack of communication on the refund of the "remainder of months" past the 1st month. Dont say I didnt warn you if you sign up for these folks and run into these issues. I recommend Geforce Now hands above because even if its more expensive-- they at least have it figured out better than these guys. Cheers.

Worst posible platform you can choose…

Worst posible platform you can choose for game streaming! This last months performance is worse and worse. Last 2 days i had constant freezes, constant lags, gaved them logs and did all the test they demanded. They said its not on my end. and that was all. No further reply. The price/quality service is terible, they offer machines with over 80+ms for every session, even if i have datacenters in my country and the near ones who have under 50 ms i never got one. Library is never updated properly with missing versions of the games, games who didnt work for years and so on. But the last drop comed this last 3 days, constant freezes, lags, disconects, and none from the suport replied or make any amouncement. Quess quality is not something this company offer

Based on your latest sessions, we see that you have a few highly-rated long sessions. We also don't see any issues with the connection in such sessions.

However, you also have some short sessions that last a few minutes. We assume that you quickly end such sessions due to increased latency when connecting to a more distant server when the service is under increased load. Nonetheless, we still recommend contacting our 24/7 support team again for a proper investigation of the mentioned issues.

Been using Boosteroid since October…

Been using Boosteroid since October 2025 flawlessly. I was recently having serious issues with latency this evening. I honestly wasn’t expecting a quick reply but within roughly 30 minutes my latency issues were solved after just a couple back and forth emails. So I’m pleased to say I’m glad I found this service.

Best cloud platform

This cloud platform is a 10/10, no latency, you can play a lot of games on it. You have bo stress with the components of PC or whatever. Go play it!!!

I am dissatisfied

I am extremely dissatisfied. I didn't have time to disable the auto-renewal of my subscription after 3 days of test use, and I was immediately charged for an annual subscription. I contacted technical support, but they ignored me.

Games won't launch

Games won't launch, just load forever, even tho they said i got good connection. I haven't played any game and they did not gave me refund nor helped me anyway.

Customer is never right at this company. Money talks here.

Used the service for 3 minutes, poor streaming quality (I have 2 gbps internet), Asked for a refund and the Spanish inquisition started. They asked me to send pictures of the poor quality, so they can see it is indeed bad (they will decide for me what is good for me, how kind).

Amazon lets me decide for 30 days if I keep or return an item (of any value). If I decide to return, they pay for all costs. It is 2025, this "no refund" policy (after 8 minutes of playing) is unheard of. Legally you are right, as you created this marvelous policy. Well done, you can keep my 9 Euros. At what price, though? I'd like to hear an answer from the owner pls.

Unplayable Performance and Strict No-Refund Trap

Avoid Boosteroid at all costs! I subscribed to their Ultra Pro plan for a one-month trial, lured by claims of switching to the "nearest server" for optimal play. But server locations are never disclosed upfront, and when I launched GTA V, the lag was extreme – mouse input was unresponsive, freezing me on the home screen. Completely unplayable.

I requested a refund after minimal testing (how else do you check if it works?), but support coldly denied it, citing "no refunds after use" buried in the T&C post-purchase. Of course you have to use it to test – this feels like a deliberate scam to lock in payments with zero recourse.

Customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. Boosteroid is far from competing with Nvidia – poor performance, opaque servers, and predatory refund policies make it a waste of money. Glad I only risked one month, but save yourself the frustration!
