Overall, the theme is good. However, there are some code problems. if you wish to fix these issues, more likely you would need to hire a private development services, because the theme's customer service is simply don't exits....

They Been able to fix and resolve all the issues, took some time but everything working fine now.
As mentioned before the theme is good, got a lot of features, flexibility, and build in apps that can save you money.

Been using for 4 mos now- no major…
Been using for 4 mos now- no major issues, speed is faster than my last shopify theme, I have had to reach out to support for issues with javascript which they were able to help, customer service is a bit of a waiting process but they do help. Conversions have dipped since transferring over but that is expected whenever you change themes,or make other drastic changes.

Speeds Up My Site on Mobile
Theme sped up my mobile speed significantly compared to Turbo theme by Out of Sandbox. Has a lot of
great add-ons and functionality. I’ve tried many themes and options in this are better than any I’ve tried. Took a bit of patience and back and forth with their team, but we got things to where I like it and I love the final result.

Great Experience
Our experience with Booster Theme so far has been great. Klea, Vincent and Raven have all provided superb customer service over the last few months and we'll be so grateful to have that continue, because it's helpful and appreciated. BT answers all of our inquiries, and Raven recently spent a lot of time customizing an aspect of our website that was important to us, and delivered excellent results. She worked on it until she got it right. Klea and Vincent are both very pleasant, helpful, and the responses have been increasingly timely which is excellent. I find email or Contact form is the best way to get support, not chat. I think those modes are probably priority. The features themselves, there are so many. And many presets to choose from. You get them all when you purchase from Booster Theme, then it's up to you to decide which one you want to design. Also, you don't have to turn all features on. Some won't fit for your store. We don't use all of them, just the ones that fit. You can customize what to use, and then further customize appearance, settings, etc. Glad we purchased.

Really disappointed in this...
Firstly, I bought a theme based on a very specific block that would allow me to detail the features of my product. When I go to create the site...THE BLOCK DIDN'T EXIST !!!!!
Contacted them and I was told it was only for show, made by their demo designer, and it doesn't function...HAHAHAHA!!!!!
I was told they weren't aware, but even now that they are they continue to advertise this specific theme (Luggage) using this particular block. Makes you wonder how many blocks in the other themes don't work.
As I had paid my money and was out of the 14-day refund period, I carried on like a trooper. Luckily I only went for the 1 year subscription.
Granted, the site speed score was improved which was a massive part of why I went for the booster theme, so credit where credit is due. But check that the site you're paying for actually is what it appears to be.
Since operating on the booster theme, my conversions have massively suffered.
Been ~3 months now and I've decided to switch back to my old Shopify theme. A lot slower, but who cares if it's getting conversions?
Stick to the Shopify themes and don't waste your money here.

Great theme, works really well and even speeds up an already fast site! Love the included features for client interaction and upsells and always found customer support to be very quick to respond and fix any small issues that arise, usually after an update to the theme.
