I ordered items advertised on Facebook. First I was overcharged so contacted them and that was corrected though I did ask that the order be cancelled and refunded. They fobbed me off and said to let the order proceed and if I still didn't want it once arrived they would sort it out. It arrived and was not as advertised. It was advertised as being a teapot with four cups and a carry case. Only the two teapots came nothing else ( I had ordered two sets) and these were tiny what I would call you size. I contacted them only to be given nothing but run around and very inadequate compensation for half the order not arriving. I said I wanted to return them and get a full refund but the run around continues. They haven't given me the return address and just keep telling me it will cost me a lot of money to return them but no offer if sending the missing items or refund for this.
Do not trust them or deal with them as customer service is zilch and refund zilch and compensation totally inadequate.

Design is stylish and thoughtfully executed, blending nicely into my existing décor. Packaging kept everything protected and neatly organized upon arrival. Material quality exceeded expectations. It would be great if instructions were slightly clearer to ease the setup process, but overall this purchase was pleasing and met my expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-made this product turned out to be. Packaging arrived intact and ensured everything stayed undamaged during shipping. Horrible business. Customer service is a 0 out of 5! I attempted to order a product (phone case) which was NEVER delivered to me. I contacted customer service and they offered NO support to me. In fact, constantly put the blame on me. POOR service. I never received the product and they offered no refund despite my many communications for customer support. Very horrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. HORRIBLE!

Avoid at all costs, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING absolute scam merchants. Ordered a iPhone 16 cover at 38USD product was cheap material and did not even fit my phone. Send evidence and requested a full refund, offered me 4USD. This is a scam company please avoid them.

Another misleading product sale. Advertised and charged as leather, but arrived as PU. Vendor strangely silent when challenged on this. Should have a score of significantly less than one. Disgraceful and should be banned from Facebook advertising.

I’m so angry with my order. That I place 11/6/24. And haven’t received my order of 2 black travel bags in color of black. Miss place tracking #. But I have my order number (4484S79748.

iPhone cover. Took ages for fake Courier to update progress and after a month stated it had been delivered. I was home all day and definitely was not. I sent numerous emails whereas they were adamant it had been.
Another email I stated I was alerting the Fraud Authorities and I requested a refund. 2 weeks later it was delivered to my address from a different Courier but the cover was flimsy and cheap, not at all like what was advertised.
I have not received a refund to date.
Also it was sent from China and not the USA as stated.
Beware of these scam companies. It is too generous to give them 1 star. Minus should be an option.

Complete scam! Ordered the duffle bag in July. It's late September and still waiting. Suppose to be coming from Ireland!! Avoid this company!

Negative customer service and they do not abide by their customer satisfaction statement. BEWARE!!

Same as other customers here. I bought a garment bag and Boothcosly delivered one way different, cheaper version with no wheels. It has a lot less pockets as the one they advertised. No pockets for laptop, no center support for clothes' hangers. It supposedly shipped from Belgium according to the tracking info provided and labels say it came from China.

This is a scam company who advertise products, but don't send you what you order. They send a cheap alternative. Beware and stay away from this company

They mess me out of $38.00 send me the wrong case my bill was $30.00 they took $ 38.00 out of my account and they want too give me $5.00 they this is a big SCAMMMM

I am still waiting for the package ordered in June...it is supposedly in my country already but somehow it cannot reach me.Also now I learn ( from their own Customer Support) that it was sent from China not US as they previously informed me....I guess I will never see the item and I only hope I will get a refund....terrible service, avoid it !
