This company is a scam
Ordered the duffle bag on Jan 5 and it has yet to arrived. I received updates for the first 3 weeks till it arrived into Australia, then nothing. After numerous emails requesting a refund and them responding by asking me to be patient, IT BEEN 3 months,
After so much frustration I googled them and realized it was a scam. So I contacted my credit card to retrieve funds. Then all social media platforms
The company name on statement PingPong Reviewsthappy…. Says it all

I bought a duffle bag but they shipped me a version that is short of the laptop compartment and insisted that they shipped the right product.

They also made no effort to amend their advertising and intends to continue cheating future customers.

If there was a minus 5 stars, I would hit it! I purchased a phone case which arrived broken. I sent a picture to their joke of a customer service, who told me there was no quality issue so they could not refund me nor replace the item. The “supposed to be” customer service email has no name, no signature block and their level of the English Language is somewhat limited.
My advice is: avoid at all cost!!

I Ordered a case for an iPhone 15 PRO MAX, the case fit fine but the touch controls weren't always easy sometimes it would take 2 or 3 time and pressing harder. That wasn't so bad but the FACE RECOGNITION didn't work at all!!!
Multiple contacts with the company asking about this issue led to only, check with the seller, or we checked you have the case you ordered. They would not answer the simple question, does FACE RECOGNITION work with your iPhone 15PRO MAX case with the correct an iPhone15 PRO MAX? No answer!

Avoid run just go to Amazon everything take 2 month and then product is not what description says

ordered permanent christmas lights from them. 2 months later and i still don't have the product. their customer service is quick to reply but isn't willing to help out. I finally got the shipping label from them only to find that the package was seized a month ago for counterfeit postage. I'll likely have to go to my credit card company to get my money back.

don't order from them or any other site that looks similar. they use the same layout for a bunch of urls and they all seem to be shady.

My husband has back problems and other muscle and nerve conditions. This sandal helps his feet and back. Rather expensive he wore his other pair out until they had a hole in them.
