I never had any bad issue with Boots.ie cs but this is my 1st time and I’m still waiting for email respond and my refund . It’s been 2 weeks since the goods delivered back to them via Anpost , this is my 1st time using Anpost to return goods to them and will be my last time . The whole situation been over 1 month since my 1st email to them regarding the goods issue. They responded to my emails since my third emails I guess? Which I directly sent them all the photos as proof , and they replied me but no reply from them after I sent the goods back to them .
Update :
As I said , I sent multiple emails asking about the update of my return and refund as it said parcel been delivered on the 25th of February but NO REPLY AT ALL from your cs. Maybe u can have a look , the cs number is 75234043

Update :
I contacted Boots through their website as advised and I haven't received a response. Can Boots please advise why my issue/complaint is being ignored. I just want my order that I paid for delivered to me.

Beware - I made an online order. When I received the order it was not mine. I contacted the helpline and I keep getting bot responses that want me to arrange for the order to be sent back or bring it back to store. What is the point in ordering online when they want me to go to the store in anyway and can't guarantee items in stock locally. They are in stock online though. Why should I be inconvenienced when it's their mistake. It's a Breach of Consumer Rights Act 2022 . Still over a week and no resolution. They are refusing to send my original order and pick up the wrong order. Bad service. Never again.

The customer service I received from Ava in the Westport store was exemplary. She remembered that I had been in store the previous week and enquired after the patient. She was courteous and pleasant. She’s an asset to the store.
I was charged for a product that was not delivered on my online order. After many attempts to get a refund from Boots custonmer service. I am now claiming a chargeback through my card company. Terrible approach to customers. If I was a supplier to Boots I would question Boot's reputation.

Just an update on this, customer service have said I was refunded in January for a product I ordered in February absolutely crazy, automated messages on here and no outcome I am owed for 2 items now and I will not let this slide, for a company so big to have absolutely dreadful customer service and lack of empathy or blame acknowledgment is beyond me if this isn't resolved I will 100 percent be taking this to the small claims court I have emails and I have order number and bank transactions so be expecting a letter soon

If you plan to purchase from Boots online and are using their loyalty card be very careful to make sure everything is screenshot before you order. They offer coupons and offers and even though they are activated they then then lie and tell you you didn't activate the coupon. Exact same situation with the exact same coupon few weeks ago so I did a test order to see. And surprise surprise their staff member Hammad out right telling a lie.

Over all good. However you need to put protective packaging on deliveries. I received conditioner burst and gift set box damaged. I don’t live near a boots store hence online delivery option.
I had a very horrible experience in January 2026 I ordered 4 perfumes along with other things when i got through anpost delivery so I got 1 perfume and 3 perfumes were missing when I complained to boots customer care they dealt horribly they were not believing me that my perfumes were missing and I showed them all proofs by email but they still didn’t refund me but my request to everyone don’t order by post always order click and collect and open your order infront of their staff because boots home delivery is scam….

I ordered and paid for an item online from Boots. After waiting 5 days without receiving the item, I went onto the Boots app to try and trace the parcel. I saw that my order was cancelled. My contact details are registered on the app, I received no notification or explanation for the reason of the cancellation. I gave two feedbacks on the webform, without getting any acknowledgement. There is no means on the app to contact customer service. I had to phone a Boots branch to get their email address. To cancel my order and keep my money is wrong

Order no. 75188396 – return nightmare!
I ordered products online. I returned one item due to an allergic reaction. More than two weeks have passed since the return, and the refund has not been processed. All my emails have been completely ignored.
Boots is acting like a mafia, simply robbing people and violating all consumer rights! Why do I have to fight to get my money back through a bank chargeback?
This is completely unacceptable, and customers do not deserve this kind of treatment.

Absolute joke of a company, dosent know how to run a business. I ordered 75 euro worth of items, and it said it would take 5 days maximum. On the fifth day, i checked the tracking info and it said that they havent even shipped the item. Im still waiting for the item and it dosent look like coming anytime soon.
Cant wait for this company to get shut down. And i would never recomend this disgrace to anybody.

I was in boots golden island on sat and the customer service was appalling. I had first to deal with an older lady small long blonde hair who was the most ignorant person I ever had to deal with. Ithe second one I dealt with was a bit better and at least was able to give some advice. Overall the staff in boots Athlone are not very customer friendly except for one or two. I just also have to say that the ladies over the no 7 courier are also so pleasant . They both are a credit to themselves. A little bit of customer service training with in the store wouldn’t go amiss

Please cut your ties with AN Post.
Many of my orders have not shown up. Wasting my time getting on to Boots to get refunds & having tp wait 14 days for refund. No more. I am done with Boots as soon as as i get my 200 euros back. Their reply states get onto customer service. I am doing this every day. Come on BOOTS. Refund me . still no Boots package today

I ordered a clarins serum on Wednesday 4th Feb, due to be delivered to my local Boots on Saturday 7th. It was not delivered. I contacted ''customer services' and keep getting the same repeated message
Thanks for getting in touch with us at Boots with regards to your order.
I'm sorry you've not received this yet, we strive to deliver all our parcels on time but it's clear we've not met our delivery promise on this occasion.
Please allow 7 days (not including Bank Holidays) after the intended delivery date for this to arrive to allow for any delays with the carrier.
If after this time you have still not received your order, please let us know and we will look into this further for you.
I requested the tracking number and it has not yet been given to An Post, so I presume Boots pocked my money and did not bother to dispatch or someone stole it.

Extremely disappointing treatment by Boots after I've been their customer for 26 years! I've redirected my boots order to a local An Post office due to an error in my address and the item got marked as “collected” on 23 January 2026. I did not collect the parcel, did not authorise any 3rd party to collect it, and never received the goods. Went to the post office and parcel wasn't there. The signature captured in the Anpost app at the time of collection does not match my name and is not recognised by me. I was at home at the time the parcel was marked as collected. I also did not receive any Anpost notification advising the parcel was ready for collection. This strongly indicates that the parcel was released in error by An Post to an unauthorised person. My photo ID has not been stolen or lost. I've kept Boots customer service informed throughout the delivery tracking process. I've even ordered the same products again and received them, assuming the 1st re-directed parcel would be returned to the sender.
Under Irish consumer law and the Consumer Rights Act 2022, the retailer bears responsibility for the goods until they're delivered to the customer. As I have not received the goods, the delivery obligation has not been fulfilled, regardless of any 3rd party handling or courier error.
Boots refused a refund in their final decision today and said that the parcel was “collected and signed for” does not constitute proof of delivery to me. A mismatched signature and lack of authorisation cannot reasonably be treated as valid delivery. If the full refund is not provided to me within 7 days, I'll proceed with a chargeback with my bank for goods not received, a formal complaint to the CCPC, and then the Irish Small Claims Court. I cannot accept being held financially responsible for goods I never received! Comment to your response: your standard copy/paste below shows clearly you don't care. Improve things by doing a proper investigation and not charging me for your carrier's error! Waiting for refund.

I bought a Fenzy Beauty eaze drop blur stick no. 2 in Jervis Boots on the 23rd December at 16.31. There was no product left in the stick. Also its color 4 stick in the Box which was numbered 2. I'm at the loss of 35 euro! It was the only one there of that color and was in the drawer and not with the testers. Was this done by staff?? I made a complaint to customer care 75097296 who were no help and i would have to return to the shop. I can't even go back as I live over an hours drive away. I'm so annoyed and to me this is an expensive product. I bought the stick instead from sephora and will do this in the future

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Not at all surprised when I saw the low review score on trustpilot. My club card (that’s been linked to my account for years) stopped adding points for no reason. I reached out to CS for help and what I got was multiple non-sensical responses telling me the issue is mine which is ridiculous, zero help.

I’m a regular Boots customer & today was my first visit to the “Dublin Point” Square shop which didn’t disappoint. The staff were lovely, especially Angelina who helped me locate what I wanted to buy & advised me on a few bargains which I just had to buy👏
