Boots N Bags heaven Reviews 

The hair piece I received was supposed to be a dark blonde and it's actually an auburn shade. It's also missing the longer pieces that hang down the back. I'll probably have to order another one and hope it's the correct shade and product.

I have not received my item I have make numerous attempts to contact this company. No item no refund, nothing

It’s been over 14 days and I have not received my order. Nor have I received any notice of the status of my order. I will not recommend this retailer to anyone.

Took several weeks for order to come and was wrong color. Strawberry blonde and need ashe blonde. Can't figure out how to return and get correct color.
Make it easier to communicate when need help.

The bag is good and the size matches the description. one small thing, i wish there were one more inside pocket. Everything else feels well made.

This is already my second purchase from this shop. First time was a backpack, now boots. Both orders arrived without problems. I like that support actually replies instead of sending automatic messages only.One small question about sizing was answered clearly. Quality has been consistant so far. The bag is not attractive. It smells bad and has a yellowish tint in the grey 'leather'. The handles are very thin and not proportional to the size of the bag. Took forever for delivery, and it's going to Goodwill as I will not be using it.

It rained the day my package arrived, so the boots got tested earlier than planned. After walking through wet streets for an hour, my feet stayed dry and the leather still looked good after wiping it down. That was enough to convince me.

The boots feel comfortable from day one. Not perfect maybe, but much easier than other pairs i bought before. Leather looks real nice and after rain they still look good. Happy with it 🙂

I wasn't sure at first because I found a few bad comments while searching. Still placed my order and just hoped for the best. Package arrived in 8 days to Canada. Boots looked exactly like the photos and the leather feels much better than I expected. Been wearing them almost every day now. Thanks 😊

delivery was ok... just wished tracking updated a bit more often. The item itself is very nice and looks exactly like the photos. Cant really complain much.

Didnt know this store before. Ordered because they had the color i couldnt find anywhere else. Everything came packed well, no marks, no smell. Simple and good.

The first email with tracking took a litle while to arrive so i got a bit worried. After that everything moved fine. Product quality is good and support was polite. Just wish shipping was one or two days faster.

I ordered this leather backpack for work, pleasantly surprised by the quality for the price. The leather is soft but durable, the seams are even, and the straps are comfortable even with a laptop. I've been wearing it every day for a month now… it looks like new. Thank you for a great product!

Bought this for daily commuting. After a week of trains, coffee shops, and meetings, the straps are still comfy, the shape holds up, and the pockets are actually useful. Fits under airplane seats easily. Really practical purchase… glad I got it.
