I stocked up on a hair shaping product recently. I had bought it previously on the High Street and found when I went to make another purchase the place had closed. Delighted to find it online and at a very favourable price. Ordering and delivery was very straightforward.

Disappointed …
Been a customer over the years ordering the same products. On this occasion one of the products was damaged - it’s a gift. conditioner seeping out of the pump dispenser-probably caused by the poor packaging on this occasion. The pump had cracked hence my concern. Contacted the company sending photos again…. However received a response a few days later saying they didn’t receive my email or couldn’t respond!! Odd ! Anyway I resent photos as requested and still no response. Next time I will order direct from Neal &Wolfe instead of supporting a local company.

Hello, We are sorry you have received damaged products. We have been instructed by our response team that they were receiving a notification to say that the reply emails were bouncing back. They took steps to contact Outlook regarding this matter and were told that gmail sometimes flags Outlook emails as junk or spam which is the reason for the bounce back.
We have also been instructed your last email was sent at 6pm on Friday evening but our offices close on a Friday at 5pm until the following Monday. They have said they have tried again to email you directly via Outlook this morning but it has bounced back again showing a Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender notification so they have told us they have emailed you via Shopify.
Our response team are working hard to get this corrected for you. They have also been in contact with our fulfilment centre to review our packaging procedures.
Please understand this is not our usual business practice the email issue is causing problems in our communication efforts.
We will get this sorted for you as soon as possible.

the delivered product is in unsatisfactory condition
When my order arrived, half of the product was spilled. Due to the fact that the bottle was only taped, instead of being properly packed. I wrote you an email and sent photo evidence. I will not advise anyone to order goods from you

The products have been used
the packaging from the products inside was damaged. The shampoo and conditioner had been used before as the bottles were not filled, some liquids were missing and also there was liquid in the holes of the caps. I have been using these sets for a long time and I know that the bottles are filled to the end.
The products are not cheap, so this is unacceptable to me.
