Terrible company/service! Absolute worst online purchasing experience I've ever had. Almost a 2 month wait for items I ordered, which I never received, but were marked as "delivered" by the company. Their contact email doesn't work. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a cactus cat tower after seeing an ad on Facebook. Their website shows tons of good reviews which must all be fake. Over 1 month later I receive a very tiny package in the mail containing an owl shaped pocket watch. I contacted them to correct the error and they want me to pay for shipping (which they have stated in emails will be very costly to them) in order to return the item. They say once I send the shipping confirmation they will offer me a 100% refund. If I choose not to pay the outrageous shipping amount to return the item that I did not order back to them they said they will kindly offer a 60% refund to me. I have tried to tell them multiple times that I should not pay for their mistake and they need to either pay for shipping costs or offer a refund without me returning the item but they keep responding with the same suggestion. Awful costumer service and an overall awful experience. Be warned and do not order from this company. I will be leaving reviews on their site as well as reporting them on social media some others do not keep getting scammed.
I could not have written this review any better and as I have read more and more of these reviews I see that this is the Norm and not the exception. The Cat Scratcher scam is real as I also got a owl necklace and Borrent gives me all these BS excuses. I will do everything I can to inform the public of these horrible business practices and to discourage everyone from using this scam artist company.

This review doesn’t really rate 1 star and after reading other reviews it’s very obviously a scam. The video and description of the baby bath was great. To Receive an inflatable bath absolutely nothing like what was ordered to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Be warned.

Fishing chair scam......
I ordered a fishing chair and received a useless foot stool.
It's a disgrace that social media have forced these people upon the public with no remorse!!
Prosecute the scammers and delete social media.

Scaaaam, I ordered a baby bath that looks very nice in pic and video, hard plastic, but instead I received a garbage soft plastic inflatable thing

Same story as everyone else. Sent me an owl necklace instead of a scratching post. Worst part is PayPal are defending them. Complete scam. Currently on hold with PayPal complaints.

Disgusting I ordered two fishing chairs, received two pathetic foot stools not worth anything, these people should be closed down and prosecuted. Complete scam and can't contact them at all. No contact available. Social media needs to remove their promotions.

I too fell for the cactus cat tree scam! Today I received the stupid owl necklace. I can’t believe they have done this to so many people! The worst part is I forwarded the Instagram link to a friend and she got scammed too. I feel terrible... Definitely going to try to get our money back and definitely telling people to NOT buy from this company AND to think twice before buying anything via Instagram (or Facebook) again!!

Same review as everyone else, wanted a cat scratching pole but received an owl necklace. i went through paypal for a refund but paypal would only provide one if i sent the item back tracked. this cost me a tenner. so im now tenner down and no cat scratching pole. complete scam, thankful im only a tenner down.

If I could put NEGATIVE stars I would. This was soooo disappointing to receive some STUPID owl pendant when I was waiting for the cactus scratching post. I was so excited for my kitty for this cute item. Shame on this POS company for scamming us BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY DON’T CARE. It will be a long time before I buy anything from China again and I will be absolutely be checking better into these companies before I order online again.

Sigh. Same here. Ordered the 3 foot tall cat cactus tree, and received the owl locket steel necklace that cost them probably $.25 and they won't offer a full refund. Still plenty of profit in scamming people. How do you mistake a necklace for a 3' piece of furniture over and over? Guilty beyond any reasonable doubt! Escalated to PayPal. I have faith they'll side with us. They can't risk losing real customers over this nonsense
UPDATE: I was shocked to find that PayPal is taking the stance that I should send the item back. I was able to discuss with them on the phone, and they said I can get around spending the money to send this junk back by filing an IC3 complaint and emailing PayPal a copy of the complaint. This site won't allow a link to IC3 but its quite easy to find

Same cat tree scam received owl necklace. PayPal aren’t being very helpful as the seller has requested for the item to be returned but I’ve got to pay for postage. I looked up the necklace on eBay & it was worth $4 AUD. This has been dragging on since December. I think this is absolutely appalling & thought using PayPal would protect me from this kind of thing that if clearly a scam. I’ll be closing my PayPal account after this & just use my card. At least the bank will cancel a transaction if reported a fraud. So angry

I order a really interesting bath tub for kids.
My eyes were shocked when , after 3 weeks, I received an inflatable pool for kids, really small, something I can find anywhere.
I would give 0 stars as a review, but unfortunately I can't.
I wrote to the customer service an email, but have not heard back.
Now they have taken my money and I cannot get a refund or my actual order.
I am extremely disgusted with this practice, I hope they go out of business soon for scamming people.

Would give 0 stars. I ordered what looked to be a beautiful wooden automatic winding watch display box, and received 2 $.99 cent leather travel cases.

Same complaint as everyone on this list. I filed a dispute with PayPal and will post on all social media and scam sites.

Same as all the others,such a lame scam and waste of time and energy to ship for $25. I will also post complaint on shopify(dot)com/legal/report-aup-violation and request money back from PayPal.

Bought a Cat tower in November and received the owl necklace in January. Was told they would refund me "outside of PayPal" for the full amount if I ship it back to China or 40% right away, also outside of PayPal. Complete Scam

Sadly I'm also a victim of this scam, bought the cactus cat tree, got an owl necklace.
Have emailed twice, no response, all I can hope is that others check on here before ordering from this site.
TOTAL SCAM!
