Yet another victim here.

Ordered the cactus cat scratching post on 2 December.

Received the owl necklace on 18 December.

Unfortunately it made me very confused. I thought a friend had sent me the owl necklace and had questioned their choice of Xmas present as it's pretty bad quality! I also blamed the courier company (Hermes) as I assumed the cat scratching post had got lost.

I wasted a lot of time getting to the bottom of it.

Unfortunately my claim with PayPal was unsuccessful because 'the dispute was submitted with insufficient information/documentation to support the claim and we were unable to obtain the required information/documentation after requesting it from you'. I don't know what else I could have done and feel rather annoyed about it.

Same as the others - cat scratcher ordered, ridiculous owl clock pendant received. I feel like a total moron, and won't be shopping via Instagram again.

Same! I bought a cat tower and I got a ridiculous owl necklace. I emailed them, they offered me 60% of the money back if I send the necklace back and pay the shipping. I didn't trust them. I said I won't shipping anything until I get my money back, if they were a serious company they will refund me as it was apparently their mistake. But they kept saying 60% and ship the item back or nothing. I reported them on shopify, I would recommend you to do them same: shopify(dot)com/legal/report-aup-violation and also I will report this on google and instagram ads

Update: I opened a dispute with paypal, I got all my money back

Same as others. Cat scratcher = owl necklace. Horrible customer service. I am hoping that PayPal makes it right. Do not do any business with them!

Bad experience as the others, I ordered the cat tree and got an owl pendant instead. I thought this was just a single mistake but after reading the other reviews no doubt this is a scam.

NEVER again will I order from an unknown company, nor will I trust Instagram ads. Like nearly all others, I received the owl pendant vs. the cat tree. The box contained no paperwork, so I actually thought it was a gift -- albeit tacky one -- from a relative. Took a bit to put two and two together. No response from the company when I notified them of the error. Opened case with Paypal. They responded with tracking info (of course the tracking only shows a package was delivered, not that the package was tiny vs. the size appropriate to a cat tree!).

Edited to add, their retail price for the owl is $5.99 WITH shipping (search ebay). So this scam is netting them quite a bit of money, even if they refund a portion to some small percentage of us. Paypal MUST block them from their service. And we need to all report the ads to FB & Insta.

I also ordered the cat scratching pole and got the ridiculous owl watch. Emailed these people a few times with no response.

SCAMMED I was also a victim ordered the cactus scratching post haven’t received anything it’s been over two months. This makes me so mad!!!!!

Another victim of this fraudulent company based in China ..... and I wondered who those two owl pendants came from!!! Have escalated to Paypal and waiting to hear. They need to be reported and shut down immediately. How dare they. Beware!

Fell for it too. Ordered a cactus cat scratcher and received an ugly owl pendant after a month. No reply from seller despite me sending several complaint emails. Saw the cactus cat scratcher advertised on Instagram and assumed they would not promote scams on their website but I was wrong. I don't understand how they didn't do any background checks on this company?! Never trust a company that has a website with no phone numbers and a suspicious email address as their contact details. I escalated to PayPal hoping they will investigate the seller. This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. More people will be scammed it's heartbreaking.

Same story for me as the others. I ordered the cactus cat scratcher and after more than 4 weeks I got the ugly owl necklace/clock. No response when I emailed them.

Scam Alert! Do not buy from Borrent.store!

Like others, I ordered the cat cactus scratcher and received an owl pendant. Emails to Borrent.store went unanswered until I went through Paypal requesting a refund. Then, the seller offered me 35%, and only would refund 100% if I returned the owl pendant at my own expense. Even after escalating the case to Paypal, Paypal insists I return the item at my expense. To China. With tracking. I checked with my local post office and it will cost over $30, which is more than the $27 refund I am due. Disgusting. Disputing the transaction with my credit card company instead. Hopefully, they will stand by me. Wish I knew how others who were simply granted a refund from Paypal got that!

Terrible. It was a sponsored ad on Instagram (Cute Cat Scratching post). I waited 5 weeks for my cat scratching post and received an owl necklace. Please DO NOT order from Borrent Store!!!

Haven't deserved for even a one star...it's outrageous and disrespectful how they treat customers...absolutely out of order. Bought a baby bath received a plastic inflatable bag..great freaking experience while expecting a baby. Wish KARAMA will return to this bustards.

wow i ALSO recieved an owl necklace instead of the cat scratching post and am gettin the run around from customer service as to a refund but i WILL get one..
