Was able to register several new appliances on the website without too much hassle. The confirmation didn’t always come through and I entered one number incorrectly but was then able to contact a ‘real’ person and clarify any queries. Overall a very good experience made even better when the person I spoke to informed me I could always ring this number and she gave me my actual account number to quote in the future should I need to make contact. Overall very good indeed 👍

Recommend without hesitation
The Bosch engineer was not only very knowledgeable about the machine he was working on, he shared specific information with me about the way it worked, how it actually saved water and electricity on the long programs, the reasons for keeping the drum clean and the product to use for that. Further, when he found the fault he also realised the pipe in question was longer than it needed to be, so shortened it. He was very pleasant, thoughtful as to ensure there were no water spillages onto my kitchen floor and even more importantly, wasted no time in identifying the issue and resolving it quickly, efficiently and effectively. I would recommend this particular Bosch engineer without hesitation.

This review relates to the series 8 washer dryer, and the service contract. We bought this washer dryer two years ago, and have had to call for assistance with breakdowns roughly twice a year. It finally stopped working altogether this year, and we had to wait a week for the service engineer to come out - we had paid for an extended warranty. I had sent detailed explanations of the errors when I contacted their customer care team. The engineer spent 5 minutes running a cursory systems check, stated the machine was fine, and left. On trying to run a cycle after he left, the machine would not run on even the one cycle it has previously limped through.

New slimline Dishwasher and New Fridge/Freezer
Our new slimline Dishwasher (Feb 2025)developed a red tap warning symbol.
The dishwasher was under warranty so we contacted Bosch for Bosch arranged for an Engineer to visit and establish the fault and rectify the fault.
The Engineer arrived did what he did and issued a report indicating on the report that the Dishwasher was in good working order this was not correct as the red tap warning remained. Clearly the Engineer did not establish the fault and rectify the fault so back to square one.
Once again we contacted Bosch and they arrange for a second Engineer to visit.
This Engineer certainly knew what he was doing and left saying the dishwasher is working as he carried out an Engineers cycle tests.
Until we run the dishwasher ourselves we will not know for sure if the Dishwasher is back to good working order.
Due to the down time of the Dishwasher we contacted Bosch asking if the warranty could be extended which they refused running for cover in the small print of the warranty.
Sometime ago we had an issue with our Bosch Fridge/Freezer (Feb 2025)which was also a long and drawing out issue. I the end electrical company who we brought the Fridge/Freezer from replaces the Fridge/Freezer .The support we received from this Electrical company was fantastic.
The support we received from Bosch was not great in terms of both appliances we purchased.
To say we were disappointed with Bosch is an understatement.
Our advice would be:- be careful, consider all manufacturers and do your homework before purchasing Bosch appliances.
We had a Beko Fridge/freezer for years and years and gave it to our son and its still working .
