Eventually spoke to Bosch Team on Tour, they organised the parts. They arrived, they're the wrong part, since then Radio Silence, from parts, workshop and complaints team
They seemingly cannot or choose not to get parts into the UK market...

Quite hopeless. I kept telling them that the correct blade for the Rotak 32R lawn mower was F016800340. It shows this in the instruction manual and on the genuine Bosch spare parts Box on the Bosch spares link on amazon. It is clearly marked Rotak 32R and F016800340 on the back of the green Bosch box but they wouldn't have it. My reply to Bosch is Yes, that is the right blade but it is not according to Bosch power tools spares department or Bosch customer services. I have fitted the F016800340 and it's the correct one but, you do need an impact wrench to undo the nut to fit it. Fortunately, a friend of mine had one.

I placed an order for GSH 16-28 Breaker, on the day of delivery they tried to deliver a strimmer (£100s in value difference) I declined the delivery, they took it back same day. I was told they will cancel my order and I will have to order again. I advised they never delivered my order so how does that work, I logged a complaint a week ago. I sit here, no response and no item delivered. The order is marked as complete on my account when they have both the money I paid and the item. All I have asked for is them to deliver the item.
Was contacted and issue resolved. Item speedily delivered on 17th. Correct item and in working order.

The year warranty is worthless so will be the three year if you extend,they just do not honour repairs.
I will never buy bosch tools ever again, a really bad experience & the poorest of dishonest service you could ever imagine.

I’ve used Bosch tools for 40 years. Recently l ordered some jigsaw blades. I’d just moved house and my old address was still the Bosch system (PayPal express) despite me updating my main PayPal account immediately after l moved. I contacted Bosch 8 minutes after placing the order but was told the delivery address couldn’t amended! The person l spoke to didn’t sound very sure though. They said if the order was returned to them l’d get a refund. Nothing yet.
I think Bosch have streamlined their processes at the expense of the consumer. They need to take a look at Amazon customer service for a valuable lesson in how to get it right. Still, lesson learnt, don’t order direct from Bosch UK.

I made some purchases from the bosch website on 30JUN25. I was awaiting an invoice which NEVER turned up. I required this as I needed to return one of the items I received. I made many phone calls to the departments to no avail apart from one individual who stated Bosch does not send out invoices now??? Despite all my calls no invoice.
I had one Bosch contact who helped me a great deal so I contacted him on 03SEP25. Yes still no invoice. Just decided to look at their reviews on Trustpilot. Amazing and I wondered why I was getting nowhere!
I was to receive a call/email from someone called Gavin. I spoke to him as I had found my delivery note for the products I ordered on 30JUN25. I was able to give him the appropriate details of the product I needed to return and asked/told him to contact the appropriate department to send me the returns label so I could return the product.
Weeks later and NOTHING. On the 18SEP25 I contacted Gavin as nothing has been received that was requested when I originally spoke to him. It was abundantly clear that he could not be bothered at all to what I had stated to him yet he states in his email, I know you did mention you had trouble writing emails and using a keyboard so if you need us to do this for you, please let me know and we will then start this for you. I had already stated what I requested and clearly ignored.
To add insult to injury he then deliberately ignored how my name was spelt and deliberately put his own version on the email.
I am proud of my name and do not tolerate rude, ill mannered and disrespectful individuals who cannot read English and show their illiteracy. He was rebuked in my follow up email and he could not even be bothered to apologise at all. I will require a written apology, in the post, so in future you may show Bosch customers a modicum of respect and take note of what is required and don’t just fire off an email ignoring what was required in the first place.
purchased a new Bosch GCM305-254D mitre saw expecting a premium product. Very disappoiting product considering the premium price tag. I have an older version there is no comparison every corner has been cut with the new product. Any main stream budget saw would be comparable and almost a third of the price.It works as it should but the quality just is not there.

Incredibly poor service, saw not shipped adequately protected as it was wrapped in pallet wrap on a loose pallet and no explanation from them just basically it is what it is, and now out of square (possibly due to impact). You try to contact someone and because you question things they start to come across rudely, slow service and slow at emails.
I will not be purchasing Bosch Professional tools again

Initial repair ticket created 22nd june 2025. As of 14th august still not had my tool returned and people who work at bosch dont know where it is.
Sent it for a trigger on jigsaw not working. Was told after a week or so they didnt have the part in stock it would be ordered and returned to me on the friday. This was nearly 4 weeks ago now.
Honestly if youre like me and rely on your tools to earn a living save yourself the hassle of using bosch and buy a diffirent brand. Even dewalt are quicker than these guys and they arent quick by any means !

I had a GSB 120-LI Drill for years, loved it.
Eventually the brushes wore down so I replaced it like for like.
Honestly, the drop in quality is crazy! Less torque, feels cheap, speed switch selector has failed within 6 months, that on top of a DOA battery. Time to look for a different brand.
Bosch 3601HB6001Multi Tool - Product Failed while in warranty (after very little use). Tool had to be sent away for repairs taken more than 4 weeks and still don't have a functioning multi-tool. Poor warranty process, ignored requests for refund, didn't respond to emails. Worst service. Very disappointing given the amount of Bosch tools that I have. No longer a Bosch advocate. Will be changing to Milwaukee for future tool purchases.
Worst customer service! last year I was fooled by their promotions, now I'm being fooled by technical time because of the applications, the applications that don't do any better... I like the tools, but not with their customer service people.

I ordered a tool worth £396 and they left it on my doorstep. They didn’t even bothered to leave with a neighbour or take it and re attempt delivery on another date.
I sent an email to ask for a refund and 13 days later I still haven’t received an update.
I sent them the photo from the courier that shows he left it on my doorstep but they are saying they need to investigate!!

Extremely poor service all round, Slow to respond to emails, Passed from one person to the next when phoning up, They can't take orders over the phone - really!
Prices on their website are much higher then other retailers - this should not be the case when buying direct.
I really wish I wasn't so heavily invested in Bosch I would switch platforms in a heartbeat.
Avoid at all cost... customer service woman has a massive attitude problem, sent in the receipt last week, now making out she can't find it.. even though I have proof on my phone and that it was sent, so I've sent it again still waiting for the refund.. I will have no alternative but to go through trade standards if this goes much longer.. it's been over two months...
