I love the Botanique Paris Eye Red…

I love the Botanique Paris Eye Red light therapy device.I can feel the difference in my soft eye tissues. I can feel it working, which I like. I would strongly recommend. My friends are asking what I am doing to not look so tired anymore. I even bought one for my Mom! Thank you so much! The best discovery I’ve made in forever. ✨😊✨

I had issues with my glasses

I had issues with my glasses , not being able to feel the micro current . Emailed support who were amazing in their help and advice ( thanks Cath !)

My eye bag obsession has now become the red light therapy obsession. Love it.

The item I use most and obsessed about in my daily regimen is eye cream eye patches eye treatments. If I have too much salt, don’t sleep well drink or cry. I wake up with under eyebags, and it has affected me emotionally and bit a big concern of mine. Most of the creams don’t work the under eye patches are temporary so decided to give this a try with their money back guarantee figured I couldn’t lose. I do have to say I absolutely love the glasses they help tremendously sometimes I do them three or four times in a row, but I’ve noticed a vast improvement, especially mornings after I’ve been emotional or have not slept the best. I will definitely keep using it and would recommend it to anyone.

Use and throw device

Bought the Revital Eyes 2 in 1 red light therapy +EMS just over a month and used it as per instruction. After a month the device stopped taking charge. So now I am left with a useless piece of plastic. Even when it worked the the microcurrents didn’t work for both eyes. Very disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone.

Red light glasses

First, I love the results from this product. Also, just by chance one of the arms cracked I called the company and they replaced it without a problem. I’m just paying for shipping, which is amazing. I recommend this product not only because of the quality, but customer service is 100% on point thank you so much.

Amazing service from Hazel at customer care

I wanted to order revitaleyes and have it sent to Australia but wasn’t sure if delivery would reach me within the short time frame that i have (purchasing it before travelling). Hazel from customer support responded to me almost immediately eventhough it was late afternoon in the US (almost close of standard business time). I emailed customer service minutes after my purchase and they got back to me after about an hour. That’s amazing quick customer service coming from someone who's worked customer service half their life. Cant wait to receive it!

Good product and great customer care

To start with, the unit definitely seems to making a positive difference which is great. When part of the unit stopped working, the customer service team went through a couple of stages of troubleshooting and then (when the issue could not be resolved), they have now arranged for a replacement device. IMO this is excellent customer care

A Relaxing Self-Care Treat

A tiny confusion with package tracking when US courier handed off to Canada Post. Then the package arrived a day early, well wrapped and in good shape. Customer service was excellent: replies immediately to my outreach, confirmed package location and followed up proactively.
Just one day of eye treatment so far. It is SOOO relaxing!

Lack of instructions

I found there was not enough information given.
I did not know how long to wear the device. And, I thought the device did not work at first because I did not press the buttons in the correct sequence. Better instructions would have mitigated my frustration.
