the representative we connected with could not be more helpful in organising and fixing the problem we had. she worked through everything with us and explained everything as we went. originally we contacted Boulies to buy a replacement part but with the help of your amazing reperesentative we were informed that the chair was actually still under warranty which made it so much more helpful. would highly recommend Boulies to anyone looking for a great and comfortable chair and an amazing team behind them.
Would recomment Boulies to anyone!! Their support is amazing ive had a chair for just over a year now and and a small issue with the stiching Boulies straight away agreed to replace the chair !!!
Just poor quality overall, and the packaging consists of a bit of cardboard and plastic bags, so expect to receive damaged parts to varying degrees.
I ordered the chair, and it shipped without any communication from the company except the initial order confirmation, I just got a notification from DPD that "Kings Park" had shipped a parcel to me. I looked it up and found out myself that was one of the third party distribution centres that offshore-managed companies tend to use, so presumed it was the chair.
The initial chair arrived with damage to many parts ranging from scuffs to significant cracking/impact to the plastic. There were also fibres on the poorly repackaged seat base, so it was clear it had been returned and resold without any checks being done.
I contacted them asking for an immediate collection and refund, this request was ignored and they emailed me back asking if I would like a replacement for the damaged parts and £20 or a new chair sending. As their return policy and communications seemed to suggest that I'd have an uphill battle returning it, I settled on a replacement due to the damage. The replacement arrived mostly fine, a scuff on the plastic here or there, but nothing that would impact the usability.
They asked me to keep the damaged chair for spare parts or dispose of it myself, so most of my living room was taken up by my old chair and the damaged chair that they sent and expected me to deal with.
The chair itself (EP460) is not a comfortable chair. My back was hurting so much that I'm currently writing this review sitting in my old Secret Lab chair, that the arm fell off (after 6 years) and is heavily scratched by my cat. I've yet to decide whether I'll just cut my losses and throw away the Boulies chair or keep it for situations where I won't be sitting in it for too long.
My suggestion would be either to get one of the cheap chairs from Amazon, or opt for a product from a premium quality chair company at their higher price points and avoid learning the expensive £274 lesson that I did.

Good chair but slightly strenuous to fit together.
Chair arrived on time with a handy tracker for delivery timing. The quality is great, and it's really comfortable. Had a small issue with the armrest, but the after-service was exceptional—quick communication and a replacement part sent with clear instructions. Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommended!
The chair is great! Comfortable and designed really well.
I did have an issue with one of the arms, but contacting customer service, it was replaced straight away. Cannot complain about that!
Would recommend!
Awesome company. I had a problem with my chair and they sent a replacement part away the same day. No questions.
Saved hard as disabled and can’t work, managed to put enough by eventually for a new chair and the arm rest cushions.
The chair is brilliant but this review is for the arm rest cushion pads.
They look smart except the method of attachment looks slightly cheap.
So once the chair was up I fitted both. Arm rests and tried it all out.
For me it’s a scale modellers chair so like gaming needs to be comfortable for long periods of time.
I sit in the chair lay wearing a tee shirt and after around 20 minutes the pads were aggravating the skin around my elbows so much so that I had to remove them.
Left it a couple of days and again after a short time, skin was again becoming aggravated.
So seems a expensive waste of money and not what I was expecting.

I can see a trend in recent Trustpilots for Boulies. I ordered a chair on July 15th which was in stock. The product was not delivered by Yodel when I was told it would. No communication. I then got in touch with Boulies who, whilst responsive, were not helpful. They have sent out another product, on an even slower shipping timeline with DPD. I challenged them a multitude of times as to why this wasn't expedited given the negative CX, the fact its Boulies' fault & the fact its a very premium product but it's clear the CX team are just following a script and so I've given up.

Arrived very quickly after ordering. Jeff provided really helpful customer service, and the packaging was excellent.
The chair arrived promptly and was well-packaged. It's as comfortable as described on the website.
The chair is comfortable but lacks an installation service. We bought 10 chairs, and while installation was easy, an installation service would be preferable.
Buying my chair was a happy experience. I was impressed by its comfort at a friend's house. Now I have received it. It looks even better than in the pictures and is truly comfortable!
I must say, I really like the ash grey colour. It's also incredibly comfortable, with a thick seat cushion. This is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever used!
The chair is of great quality but it took a week to arrive, which was a bit long for me. Hope they can improve their logistics.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful. I bought the Master chair 2 years ago, and when the leather seat cushion cracked, they quickly arranged a replacement.
The chair arrived on time and without any issues. My husband assembled it very quickly. He said the chair is very comfortable.
I just received my new chair, because I was sitting for a long time, and the comfort of the chair was very important to me. The seat cushion is very thick and comfortable.
A year after delivery, we had a slight problem with the wheels. Customer service sent new wheels. Great service!
