I bought a new chair for my husband as an anniversary gift. It arrived on time, and my husband was very happy with it. The chair provides good back support and has been used for a month now.

The box was broken, which was disappointing, but customer service helped me apply for compensation, and the chair is very comfortable.

Boulies Master Max. Magnificent, comfortable chair. Stylish and fairly easy to construct. Yodel were "wishy washy" at best with delivery process and it took longer than it should but otherwise have nothing but praise as it's not the chairs fault! Fingers crossed it will last me some years of good service. My advice if you are wavering between chairs then stop, this IS the one.

It is a gift, I am grateful that it arrived in a timely manner. If you want to receive it as soon as possible, I highly suggest contacting them when placing an order.

After I installed the chair I realized it was too big, I contacted them and they quickly provided me with a replacement at no shipping fee.

I had just used it for 3 months and the upper part of the left armrest became wobbly. I contacted them via email and provided a video. I received the new armrest three days later. I hope it can be used longer.

The chair is comfortable and my back aches a lot less. It's worth the money.

Order process was great and I was looking forward to having a decent chair.
A week later, no delivery and speaking with Yodel the item hasnt been shipped to them yet.
I gave them a day to deliver or refund and in all fairness the refund was pretty quick.
In this day and age a week and hasn't left the depot is not a service I would expect.
Shame as reviews for the chair look decent but if you can't get a delivery what's the point

The chair arrived and it was exactly the chair I wanted, but I thought it would be more comfortable with higher armrests. To resolve the issue, they provided me armpad. Brilliant service!

Used it for over 2 years and the chair slowly came down and unable to maintain height. I contacted support and got discount & replacement instructions. Happy with service, would use again if needed.

I uploaded a video to the support team since I noticed that the right armrest was shaking more than the left while I was sitting and playing games. They confirmed the issue promptly. I appreciate quick and helpful service.

It's been two years since I've had the chair, and it's still very comfortable, but the armrests are showing some wear. The customer is friendly and they sent me new armpad.

On opening the box containing the Boulies Master Max chair, the quality of the product is immediately obvious. The black aluminium wheel base is a strong, but light casting and gives an excellent first impression. The rest of the chair parts are equally impressive and well made, even the screws! I was able to assemble the chair fairly easily in about an hour although I'm 80, and following the instructions is very straightforward.
Now that it's built I find it very comfortable, if a little firm, but that's a good thing, and it will probably soften up a little with use. The cloth covering is smart and suits my budget better than the leather that I had originally considered.
I'm really glad I bought this chair as it is vastly better than ones I have had in the past, and the 24 month warranty is reassuring. The chair is worth every penny and I'm sure it will last for many years. It's a real investment in comfort!

The backrest of the chair was a little wrinkled, they explained the problem in detail and sent me a new replacement backrest. Happy with the result.
