We visited Boundary Mill, Walsall

We visited Boundary Mill, Walsall , today and received excellent service from TINA, from Admiral.
We wanted to buy a set of saucepans for my Daughter and needed advice.
Tina showed us the different types and advised us which was the best for our particular needs.
Not only was she friendly, polite and knew her products, but she also helped us pack our trolley .
Tina is a valuable asset to the team at Boundary Mill!!

Went to boundary mill clone

Went to boundary mill clone, couldn’t find a disabled parking space so parked at the front with disabled badge, we were confronted by a security guard telling us to move our car, we explained under the rules of the blue badge you can park on double yellow lines provided the yellow lines do not go up the curb.
On leaving the store I went to the front desk to make a suggestion that there should be signage and proper markings so disabled drivers are aware they cannot park there, all I got was ‘it’s a private car park ‘!
Bad attitude, surly it would prevent confrontation and complaints if signage and proper markings were in place.
There are private parking all over the country, but proper markings are used in line with DVLA guidelines.

Great shopping trip Walsall Store

Boundry Mills Walsall Store today was a delight, lots of choice and well stocked shop, plenty of social distancing in place. Nothing too much trouble for the staff we spoke to. A big shout out to "Linda"in Ladieswear & Julie Toner on the checkout, I was struggling with the App, thank you for your assistance.

Some bad staff members

Boundary mill is a nice place generally, however l encountered some rather rude and discriminatory staff recently. Non-tolerant and stereotypical. Assuming that because you are of a different skin colour, you don't speak or understand English. Talking rudely about you in a racist manner in front of you. Used to enjoy shopping there, but these bad apples make me think twice about going to Boundary mill store.

Social distancing .

I went to Colne yesterday as I wanted to look in the m&s outlet. There was no social distancing people just pushing in front of you. Ok walked out and complained to the man at the entrance. He didn't seem bothered.

Lovely staff…

Had a wonderful trip to Boundary Mill in Colne that was completed at the till by the lovely Carol. She told me how I could make an additional saving by downloading the app. There was some difficulties with my phone but Carol persevered. She even involved the manager Susan to override the system to ensure I received the discount. So friendly and helpful. A great visit.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star for…

I wouldn't even give them 1 star for the way they treat disabled customers. I visited the store today and tried to find parking in the disabled areas only to find all spots taken, often by cars with no disabled permits. After trying for a while to find an empty bay along with 2 other cars I/ We parked in front of the store in an area with no signs to indicate no parking allowed. On trying to enter the store We were physically blocked by threatening security staff from doing so and told to move our cars. After pointing out there were no spaces available we were told to move to other spaces further down the car park and walk back. " We have 90 year olds who do this"
Not very helpful for us who obviously have mobility issues let alone needing the extra space to open door fully to get into and out of cars.We tried to point the lack of signage to the store manager who was very efficacious
and adamant they did not need to have any signs. its a private car park with 1,500 space. Not good public relations. A good store spoilt by poor attitude towards the disabled.

What a con!

What a con!
They claim to offer amazing discounts... and lure you with a extra 10% off.
The reality of Boundary Mill is that I spent over £300 on bedding only to find I could have got the exact same items delivered to my door for 20% less!
I find it odd that there are some many floor walkers in store offering to help you but when you arrive at the tills to pay for the alleged "bargains" you find 15 people in a queue and only 2 tills open!
All staff wearing bright yellow T shirts stating social distancing of 2m.. yet they walk past you within inches!
Do yourself a favour steer clear.. save yourself money and the risk of Covid!

Till lady duplicated 2 items which I did not realise until I got home. I called them and they resolved within the day and refunded the money. Excellant customer care. Look forward to my next visit.
