Scam they steal your detail and take money out your account also the tournament don't give you rewards it's a big scam

I did ask reception to sign up to them someone has stolen my id and managed to make deposits to the site!
I have tried now for 2 weeks to get my money back, my bank have recovered what they can unfortunately the bank can’t get it all back!

Can't withdraw winnings. States you can use virtual card with thinkmoney.co.uk which is a lie as they do not accept overseas payments. Total scam

A lot of negative reviews but I feel like this is because people who had a good experience do not leave a review.
I deposited no problem, verification was super quick, withdrawal took roughly 30 hours.

Made a deposit and lost (well it's a casino after all) but they keep sending me messages on my phone when I deleted my account. If I deleted my account it was for a reason. I wish they would take 'no' for an answer.

Absolute con of a company. Do not allow a withdrawal even after verification cleared. So they steal your photos and card details no doubt for fraud. Email you with the same old lies saying errors on the withdrawal. Palm you off. You get spam calls moaning you haven't responded to their emails. Horrid company. Should be sent down and banned from any trading. Disgrace

You can tell they are dodgy. They bombard you with spam emails from a different email address every day so you can't even block them.

Worst casino i ever played , they let you make deposits , once you win something withdrawals are nightmare , refused 4 times on withdrawal , they ask for selfie with the passport in your hand, also they ask for cards photo front and back , once you pass everything still they refuse to pay! Stay away !!! Do not waste your money with them , also they spam your email aswell

Wow I've received spam and unwanted texts from quite a few questionable casinos. But I'm absolutely flabbergasted with this one. Received yet another text messages offer using short code with a link to this one. The message I wish I could copy and paste here but it would not be posted. Let's just say it had the F word and C word. Clicking the link and it takes your to this place. I sent an email complain and at least I got a response if you can call it that. The same old spike not them. Then started pratling on about if they sent a master card link it doesn't mean thereasyer card. Utter gibberish. They did confirm that THEY ARE NOT LICENSED. I'm really surprised that people do not do there research. They ain't going to pay you. Why deposit. All these rouge casinos are just praying on people who have e probably signed up to game stop. Please don't waste your money
Ive me ER played any casino outside of the UK and every single day I'm getting text messages but I never had one swearing at me. Hopefully if one person reads this and doesn't deposit it was worth me posting.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. please avoid at all costs. I made a €200 deposit which never appeared on the balance. They claimed I never made a deposit and requested all my bank account and personal details in order to give me my money. Absolute disgrace and the people who work for this FAKE casino should be ashamed of themselves. DISGUSTING.

I won 3k, but starting to feel like I'm never going to see it! I'm on my fourth attempt of withdrawing now, they don't even bother giving me a reason anymore they just send me an automated email saying 'oops these things happen sometimes, try again' 😅 they also put a wagering requirement on my account, despite me not requesting or clicking on one, after my first withdrawal attempt which prevented me from making another withdrawal until I spent some of the winnings. I wouldn't bother with them again

You were right, this scam took my fifth deposit and gave me nothing. I put in 30 euros and won 280 euros. I paid 250. I have 30 euros left for the next game. Since then I have had nothing. They accepted my fifth deposit in a row. They have already got their money back, these bonuses are one big scam, you won't win anything and you may lose.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I deposited and won 160 euros only to be told that I need a valid passport to verify account. Apparently in terms and conditions although who normally reads these. They let you deposit a lot of money without verification. PLEASE DO NOT ISE THIS SITE. Stick to the uk sites

I played 18 different games at a cost of around £300 and every bonus was under 5 pounds no matter the bet.

I have made numerous deposits by my visa debit card …I won around £2300 tonight ..tried to withdraw and I’m being told I can only withdraw to a Mastercard ? I don’t own a Mastercard they have offered to open one for me . I was told on live chat that its states on terms and conditions only Mastercard can be used ….no it doesn’t it actualy sy withdrawel can only be made to same payment method used for deposit ….and they don’t send withdrawals to Mastercards …who do I take this to just wrong …quick to take my deposit with my Visa card what a scam
