They take your money right away but whatever you do don't actually WIN !! Multiple excuses as to why they won't pay out i.e. New system being put in place

It's a pity as the games are all good and they DO pay out but you WILL NOT get your winnings so don't touch them with a barge pole.
I've just tried my 10th attempt,in 3 days it will say technical issue but I'll keep you posted !!!!

Update: I finally received my winnings after 10 refused withdrawals so I’ll give them that! Though I won’t be playing with them again there withdrawal technical support and errors are ridiculous!



Well never have I come across a casino like this. Deposited monies which they took right away. Played again and finally won some money only for them to give me multiple excuses that the accounts department are having technical issues and they keep refusing my withdrawal. It’s been going on for weeks now and the customer service come out with the same excuses!!!!

I would stay clear I think they are a scam Casio.

I will update this review if I do get my winnings but it’s looking highly unlikely 😡😡😡😡

Complete scam artists. DO NOT USE I truly believe that they think that by delaying payment people will give up and possibly gamble the winnings......not me guys see you in court if needs be

Has anyone been successful in withdrawing funds. I am now convinced they are thieves. Has anyone successfully challenged them or can offer any advice

Well imagine my surprise today when they finally paid out to a Skrill account. It took me three days to get the virtual card verified by them but lo and behold I've woken up this morning to the successful deposit. I think they hope you give up and go away but not me 10 failed deposits, two weeks but persevered and finally success. DON'T USE STILL APPALLING COMPANY

Not sure were to start with this if I’m honest I’ve never had a problem like it I deposited won and now they keep rejecting my withdrawals saying it’s a problem with servers or banks ect 4 times I’ve tried to withdraw my account is fully verified money was won but won’t pay out they must be a scam site has any one actually withdrew from this casino cos I can’t find any evidence at all of that

I will update review if I’m ever paid out

So today much to my surprise I have had a withdrawal accepted and it’s gone in my bank so I’ll wait and see if the rest do 🤞🏻

I have had 2 withdrawals accepted so far the rest have been refused according to them it’s a problem with the banks and I have to keep trying I’ve withdrew €800 and have €1200 left in so let’s see if I get the rest

So after letting me withdraw another €400 I’ve had 4 withdrawals declined since each one taking 36 hours so yes you do get some money if you keep withdrawing but this has gone on weeks now and I am getting more and more frustrated will never use this casino again

So 6 withdrawals so far rejected after having 3 accepted same excuses on chat will try Skrill if this doesn’t work god knows

Finally had another withdrawl accepted today so I’ve got one more pending and that’s all my winnings withdrawn it’s been frustrating to say the least but the end is near hopefully this doesn’t get rejected as it’s the last one I need to do on the whole once this last one is paid out I have won €2000 from a €10 deposit so not bad but still never experienced nothing like this and put me off playing at any casino like this again

**DO NOT USE THIS SITE WARNING *** I made two deposits ,the first one took two days and 3 live chats to finally get deposited and the second one went walkies and despite 3 live chats they couldn't find my money ,I got an email saying my deposit had been credited to my account bit it hadn't, I gave up arguing with the useless advisors and told them to shut my account

I have just spent over an hour arguing with these scammers. Deposited 50 and it never landed. They now want my bank statements before they will discuss stealing my money! Incredible....steer well clear. We all expect to potentially lose but did not even get the chance to find out and it is on me to prove they stole from me!!

Do not sign up to this casino,not only did I have to wait 2 hours to get my deposit and send loads of screenshot etc after I got my money 60 euros it was gone in 7 minutes
High volatile feature payouts of 6 euros and literally I think I had a handful of winlines ,shocking experience I expect at least some gameplay for my money and all these casinos seem to keep nerfing machines that payout so that they can increase their profits,also once you sign up they won't leave you alone
