Ordered the dress through Pinterest cheap material poorly made they answered my emails for refund sent me the return forms I did everything they told me to do sent it back at my own cost I am still waiting for a refund please don't order from this company and they have stopped advertising on Pinterest

I received a defective pant. The pant was also not the same as what was advertised on their website. Website states free returns for defective items. Sent photos to them with my refund request. Company’s first reply is that they have sent the replacement. And they stated there are no free returns. I sent them a page from their website that states the free returns. I strongly recommend not to purchase from this company. You are going to be scammed. After I received my purchase I did some research. They state they are Canadian based yet head office is in Holland and items come from China. Emails have a male Scandinavian name yet they are signed by ‘Jenny’. The product is cheaply made, their sizes are off and the pant was short. Check reviews on any online purchases.

These people are crooks. They are presented under the name of other stores such as "Noir Calgary". Their products are of very poor quality.

Do not buy from this company- item never received and no refund given despite emails demanding refund of my money paid.
Realise I have been scammed

DO NOT ORDER from these people. Their size chart first of all is incorrect. The products all come from China. Although they give you the return address on their ‘website’ Quebec Elegance knows full well people won’t return because the shipping price is nearly the cost OR MORE of their order. So Quebec Elegance knows full well you will be ‘stuck’ with a cheap product or INCORRECT order.

Please do NOT order from this company. The name is false. It’s not London, elegant or a boutique. It’s cheap unwearable rubbish. I was bailed out by PayPal ( thank you PP) and would love to know how I can avoid such deception in the future

I would give it minus if I could. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering as they are all correct. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I thought I was ordering from an English company but they are not, the item took ages to arrive and when it did it was not as described. When I tried to send it back I never got a reply to say how to do this despite several attempts at contacting them! STAY AWAY SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Never received updates on product arrival not notice it would be arriving. No proof of delivery and now not replying to my emails requesting a refund.

I ordered 2 dresses which took a long time to arrive. They didn’t look like the photo. Communication with them was awful, I have returned them at £25 to China, the items haven’t been refunded as yet! Awful company, they have no customer service and pricing is extortionate!

The quality of the dress I bought was appalling. Not fit for anything but recycling. I usually check out reviews but somehow I didn't this time. Lesson thoroughly learned!

Chinese products you have to pay steep fees to return for partial credit. Scam artists. Not a Montreal boutique.

Con artists / Fraudsters. I bought a dress for 49 euros. No sign of dress after 3 weeks. Emailed them and said there was a problem and I would receive a refund. Then emailed to say the refund had been sent but it may take 10 days ??? 6 weeks later NO DRESS NO REFUND They are still selling on line. You may as flush the money down the toilet as they are robbers Olivia

Scammers. Won't reply to my emails asking to return some items and get reimbursed. I wish I could get them banned from advertising but then they will probably change the name of the company and keep on stealing from people. From now on, I check before I buy.

This China based company is a huge con, I paid over £100 for the 3 items the quality was awful and sizing all over the place. You can find the same items on shein for much cheaper. They kept offering me discounts to keep the items. When I finally got all the details to send the dresses back, which I paid another £25 for!! Ms Zhou would not give me her telephone number which was required by Evri to send the items back. They are essentially stealing from people and should be stopped. I am addressing this matter with my credit card company, utilising their legal protection. Has anyone here had a refund from them?

I wish I had looked at these reviews before I ordered. The dress was not as described or looked in the picture. The fabric is not 100% cotton, it is cheap polyester. I can't get through to customer service on the phone or by email for a refund. It's a rip off company. Buyers BEWARE!!!

Rubbish company. No morals and definitely don’t honour anything they say on their returns policy. Especially lady called Kleya.

Wanted to return item I received as material wasn’t the same as shown .

Keep offering discount offer on Nxt purchase .
When I refused & insisted that I wanted a return they sent a firm to fill out in French .Just kept fobbing me off .
Got an address to return it to & it was £20 for standed return just on a light dress & top .
They don’t tell you that it’ has to go back to china !
Deplorable service !!

Item not delivered on time. With carrier EVRI for over a week had to chase it up twice. On receipt I could not believe the weight of the parcel I,e. Extremely light which did not bode well. The dress was not as shown online. Made of cheap shiny lightweight material which would show any tiny bulge.
I have fallen for Temu’s items in the past but this is just as bad. Lulled into the appearance of the so called UK shops.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I HAVE LEARNED MY LESSON IF IT LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT USUALLY IS.
Destined for the charity shop tomorrow where it will probably be sold for £3 which is all it is worth.

SCAM SITE. Do not buy, dress that I received back was a sack of misshapen nylon. They offered me 30% of next order(as if I would take take that risk again) or 20% refund. I want a full refund, but they are not answering my emails now. AVOID AT ALL COST
