Impressed with his ability to power down my existing alarm, something that Phone Watch would not touch. I has assumed that his quote for a new system was intended to match PhoneWatch but he left 2 rooms unprotected. He also installed an unsightly junction box and left a mess behind him. However the alarm itself is working fine, although slightly more expensive than originally quoted for.
