Great communication from the seller - Royal Mail “delayed” the parcel and the seller was absolutely great they offered to put another outfit aside just incase Royal Mail lost the original one .. luckily that didn’t happen Royal Mail delivered a week later -Royal mails fault nothing to do with the seller !!
I would absolutely buy again Infact i have two more outfits in the basket ready to check out after I write this review!!!!!

Great quality and service.

Good afternoon Lisa. Somehow we are not surprised that this review has appeared. So, to put the record straight after 3 days of non-stop emails trying to help and resolve your issue, in which we have been nothing but courteous.
We will state for the record the item that was sent is not faulty. This has been confirmed to you not only by us but also directly to you from the manufacturer as well. Alas you wouldn't accept that and have continued to email us demanding we accept it is faulty.
We have stated numerous times (8 at the last count) that you are more than welcome to return for a FULL refund however you have ignored those offers and still refused to tell us what it is that you actually want? Again, and for a 9th and final time - return the outfit to us and we will issue a FULL refund. This is your right under the consumer contract regulations. Beyond that we are not sure what it is that you actually want (except a free outfit perhaps?)
For anyone that got this far - Lisa was sent an outfit and she didn't like the fact that when she opened the box the white underside of the lining was visible. This is the same on all Juliana outfits with thick cotton collars (& shown in photographs on our website). There was no tear or rip or anything, she just didn't like the colour so demanded something (we don't actually know what) but just something needed to be done. We explained this is just the design & so has the manufacturer too. We are at a loss as to what it is she actually wants?

Superb Shop to purchase from
Beautiful items and always packed with care. Never had any issues with this business. A problem I had was resolved immediately after a phone call (my fault I had a problem!). Delivery is always quick. I would strongly recommend this business.

Good quality clothing!
Deleted my last post! When i finally located where my parcel was, it was beautifully presented and wrapped. My grandson hasn’t worn the outfit yet. But is good quality. All i would say is, it looks a small fit!

We can see from the tracking information (which was sent to you when your order was dispatched on 4th September) that Royal Mail attempted delivery to your address on 6th, 7th & 8th September, each time leaving a card). Your parcel is ready and available for either collection or redelivery. Please use the tracking link sent to you to arrange redelivery or you can collect your parcel from your nearest parcel centre.
