I’ve been phoning for 2 days and no one’s answering calls. I’ve emailed no reply.
I paid £300 pound in March 2023 for washing machine and freezer cover for 3years.
It’s either a scam or gone out of business.

I have rung 5 times and left messages for them to contact us sent e mails 4 times asking for them to contact us all with no reply .They took £195.00 from my wife in January no paper work ,no receipt,I had to get their name from my wife’s bank account to find out who to contact . K Edwards
I switched to box cover after having my washing machine covered with d n g for several years, I made an annual saving of £45 by doing there 3 year plan so in total I saved £135. After a few months I called in to report a leak coming from the back of the machine, I had an engineer come to repair it the following day. It was a quick and easy repair the chap was finished within half an hour and was very pleasant. His name was mark he is a credit to the company. Would reccomend to my friends and family.
i made a nice saving when switching to these guys, they have been out and carried out a repair already fixing the machine on the first visit. Engineer Lawrence was really nice and left the area tidy.
