Haven't received my item just yet however, it appeared my order was cancelled and payment failed even though there were no problems with my bank or funds. I emailed boxedtech around 7am Monday 21st Dec, and had received a reply by 9am explaining what had happened, and that my order had now been paid for and processed and will be delivered tomorrow! You simply cannot complain with such a swift and clear response. I have every faith this company would resolve any further issues if I should experience any problems. At this early stage I would buy from them again.

Ordered a Samsung S10e. I was slightly sceptical as it was a bit cheaper than anywhere else, but it arrived 2 days later with no issues, all properly sealed and brand new. Would definitely recommend.
