Concept is great.
I ordered a box of hugs to send to a family member. The contents are good. I would of preferred the tea pig box to the substituted x2 sachets as they are better & also look more presentable in the box, additionally notification prior to any changes would of been helpful to check any substitutions are satisfactory & to ask if I would still like to continue with my order.

Ease of ordering. Selection of suitable gifts. Recipient delighted.

After placing my oder I noticed I had made a stupid mistake on the delivery adddress. I emailed Box of Hugs to let them know and I quickly got a reply back letting me know that the mistake had been rectified. The box was delivered to my sister who loved it! She took a photo to show me how the items had been arranged, which looked very lovely. I will be returning to Hugs in a Box very soon. Thank you.

I wanted to send a gift to my daughter to get her through her last year of Uni pressure. I found the box of hugs was perfect because I could choose my own items to add to the box rather than going with a pre made box. Lots of choice. Only problem was I wanted to keep adding more of the lovely gifts on offer.

I received a box from friends and it was so well received that I researched the company and gifted one to my cousin, customised one. She was over the moon. She missed the first delivery so it was re delivered the next day. All items were as they looked in the images shown.

I ordered a box for my friend & I made a mistake in part of the address; however, Anna replied quickly and very helpfully in order to get the box re-sent in a very timely manner, even offering a refund when it was my mistake.
I really wanted my friend to have this box instead & she was really touched by how lovely it was. This is my 3rd order and I will be getting more in the future! Thank you
