Ordered my Air conditioning on line very easy made payment no issue,
Then boxt sorted it from there,
Very pleasant chap from bosh turned up on time got everything ready then the delivery of the air con turned up and it's was fitted to my house,
Very clean job all went well would highly recommend boxt.

Ordering an air conditioning…

Ordering an air conditioning installation from BOXT couldn't have been simpler. An easy to use website to choose the required unit depending on the layout of your home and number of rooms required. On the day of install the components arrived by courier at 7am. Unfortunately the engineer was delayed but was still able to complete the installation on that day. The installer (Mike) was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked tirelessly. The house was left without any mess or packaging. Carpet protection was used throughout.
Unfortunately the air conditioning could not be fully commissioned on that day as an electrician was not available. It took several more days for an electrician to finish the job, hence one star docked.
BOXT were very apologetic and made me a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. Overall I am very happy with the installation despite the delay in commissioning.

We had our new BOXT boiler fitted…

We had our new BOXT boiler fitted yesterday by Mark Blackburn, after ordering it only last week.
It wasn't the easiest job - awkward location, etc. Mark worked like a trojan and competed the installation with no fuss and no mess. He patiently showed me how to work everything, (I'm a bit of a technophobe). He explained everything clearly and left us with a shiny new boiler and hot running water - which we'd been without for a while. Massive thanks to Mark and BOXT for their incredible service.

Excellent service all around

When ordering sales person knew what they were talking about and talked me through the options and pricing. The installer Mason went above and beyond explaining all the details involved dealing with the setup and operating procedures. Could not have been more helpful would highly recommend this operation.

Very happy with John who installed the…

Very happy with John who installed the system who worked tirelessly and meticulously all day. Only little niggle I now have is not knowing to much about the a/c remote control. It has many buttons and features but without any paperwork on the remote I don’t know how best to use different options. I would be extremely greatful if there’s any guide or paperwork to show me more that you could forward on to me

Dave the engineer was great

Dave the engineer was great, but I’m still waiting for an electrician to finish off the installation. So I don’t have a boiler The problem is you can’t speak to someone and have to go through live chat - this is frustrating and makes things worse than they should be.

Boiler & Solar - 2 very different experiences

I previously had a boiler installed through Boxt and the experience was excellent. Communication was clear, the engineer and parts arrived as expected, the work was completed efficiently, and everything was left tidy afterwards.

Based on that, I decided to go ahead with a solar installation as well.
Everything was fine up until the actual installation date. On the day, not enough equipment was delivered, so the engineers had to abandon the job. I was told someone would contact me to rearrange. This was on 26th May.

Since that day, I have had no contact whatsoever from Boxt.

The next day, electricians turned up unannounced to do the cabling. Luckily I happened to be at home. They also informed me that the panel installation had been rescheduled for that Friday — again, without anyone checking with me. The installation went ahead while I was out, but I received no update again from Boxt.

The following Monday 1st June, nobody arrived to remove the scaffolding. After contacting both the scaffolding company and Boxt, I eventually learned that Boxt had cancelled the scaffolders without giving me any explanation.

I have tried repeatedly to contact Boxt since then and haven’t even received a one‑line email acknowledging my messages.

Fast forward to this morning (10th June) and the electricians turned up again, expecting equipment that hadn’t been delivered. This was the first I’d heard that anything was still outstanding.

Overall, the lack of communication has been astonishing, especially compared to my previous experience. The installation may or may not be complete — I genuinely don’t know, because nobody at Boxt will tell me what is going on.
