We choose to have our solar panels fitted with BOXT, throughout everyone we spoke to was polite and professional and really helpful, on fitting day the team arrived early and we were all fitted in a day with no hiccups or problems, app was downloaded and everything was explained. Went above and beyond to complete my boiler service. Great engineer and great service from Boxt.

Booked to have an EV installed. Kept chasing and they kept blaming national grid. Spoke to national grid and they said they had given them verbal permission. Boxt said they need it in writing. Days after days of waiting and customer advisors saying thay would come back with an update... never did. So cancelled the whole thing.

I hadn't heard of Boxt before but made a booking via Nest after an issue with a HeatLink.
Lewis B came out a day after the call was raised. Lewis was really helpful knew exactly what he was looking for and made sure everything was sorted and all linked up before leaving.
Couldn't of asked for more.

Very happy with the level of service and quality I received when getting a combi replacement. Danial and his colleague (can’t remember his name) who are based/working around Stockton were first class, dealing with issues promptly and keeping me informed all throughout the day. They left the house clean and tidy too and were genuinely nice lads. Thank you again and highly recommended!
