Excellent service and half the price of British gas! Very pleased with new boiler and the installation. We also had to have our pipes upgraded and it was a bit of a complicated job that ended up taking some time but Mark the engineer sorted it and it was all included in the price.
Wing lee installed hive for us, unfortunately we had to rearrange the time a couple of times but he was more than happy to help and fit us in. Both very friendly and efficient engineers.

Easy online quotation system with a follow up call to double check. The online quoting system gave a different system to the follow on call - could be upselling, could be a problem with the quoting system.
Plenty of comms leading up to the day, all generic. Unfortunately the first installation date had to be cancelled as the plumber was off sick. Had to reschedule. Got booked in for the next day so no big delay.
James (the replacement plumber) was courteous and got straight into it. He worked solidly through the day and was done by 4pm. I think he found a few quirks that he wasn't used to (old house) but didn't complain.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Needed new boiler as a matter of urgency. Ordered combi boiler and fitted next day. Had issued uploading photos but their customer service was first class and they resolved my issue straight away.
Big shout out to Chris Docherty, local lad who arrived first thing the day after ordering our new boiler. Installation went smooth and Chris went above and beyond the service we were expecting. Thank you Boxt and big thanks to Chris.
Service wae good and installation team…
Service wae good and installation team were friendly and did a fine job. My only issue is the colour lf the colour of the AC isolator which is at the front of the house which is white and red and doesnt match the colour of the other box they fitted. There is a dark grey equivalent which i will have to pay as boxt said they dont supply that type.

All materials arrived in time slot allocated and fitted with experienced staff and gave a run through of how everything works before they left also left the place tidy very pleased with the workmanship
I was disappointed that the engineer…
I was disappointed that the engineer for my original booking didn't show up but when the installation went ahead, the engineer Phil and his assistant were fantastic. The job turned out to be more complex than expected but Phil resolved it with great professionalism and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely consider using Boxt again.
