I was pleasantly surprised
I was pleasantly surprised by my boxtobox order. Having opened many disappointing mystery boxes in the past, I was delighted with the quality, efficiency and detail in my boxtobox order.
The kit was brand new all in original tags which was a big plus for me, and small touches such as the description and quality of the box itself really added to the experience. I will be ordering again very soon and look forward to opening my parcel!

Got my shirt which was an old Zambia…
Got my shirt which was an old Zambia kit. Probably cost them around £10-20 to purchase. Rip off disappointed it wasn’t atleast a current kit more expensive. Wish there was options to chose what type of kit rather then just not English

We are genuinely sorry you’re not happy with your mystery shirt. The football shirts we obtain are brand new, with tags and from around the world hence you may get a shirt from any club or country.
As you mentioned we do allow you to exclude British teams however, if we included more specific filters, it would take away part of the mystery behind the shirt you will receive.

Must admit I was a little sceptical but my son had his heart set on a mystery shirt for his 14th birthday. I needn’t have worried; Sevilla shirt arrived within a few days of ordering = very happy son! He’s already planning to spend some of his birthday money on another! :o)
