I'm very disappointed because I purchased a winter hat in January, and now it's March and it still hasn't delivered to me. Every seven days you send me email to inform me that delivery is postponed for another seven days. Winter is almost over and I still don't have a cap I suppose to wear on cold days. I'm not someone who write negative reviews but this time I'm really disappointed. I have planned to purchase another items from your site (as I earlier do) but after this experience I probably won't to.

Bought a rather expensive jacket in December 2022 and by January 2023 seams and stitching were coming undone. We emailed them asking what we should do and how they could assist and to date no response from them. This is utterly unacceptable and to me very poor customer service
