Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, wanted this item urgently and 7 days has gone by with nothing!! No emails answered phone just rings out! I’ve requested a refund but still no response from them, stay well clear, I’ll never use these again!! If I could give zero stars I would

I need a new blade????

I love the lawnmower, but I need to replace the blade and I can't find the relevant replacement blades anywhere, Blaupunkt please help me, I'm based in the UK.

Fraudulent misold warrenty in the uk

blaupunkt.
Shamefull customer service in the uk, having sold what must be millions of £ of items, with warrenty' promise of three years parts guarantee blah...

Customer service - Bptools uk, haha,
state this in their emails of course when you've ordered and paid already.

"Equally as much as we want to hear from you when there is a problem, we also want to hear from you when you're happy. Feedback and reviews are the lifeblood of an online business so please if you can find the time respond to the follow up mail from Trustpilot."

Really your there to support your customers even after we've handed you our cash?

I quote again.

In my case no, it's broken with in the contractual offered and accepted warrenty,

so I email bptools, postmaster rears it's head, never good, Google help me find them, nope gone, hang on you said this.

I need a spare part

I need a spare part, the bit that secures the blade. The tread has gone. BUT! You try finding a phone number to speak to one of those, what are they called again,? Humans! In your dreams! Been trying for a year. Last time I deal with this shower. Shame, the saw was pretty good up till then.

Efficiency at its best

I bought this chainsaw about 3 years ago and once I had learned how to use it and source the backup of the supplier then the efficiency of cutting the logs and confidence that I had good back room support even though at a cost I was happy.

Non-existent support

No response to an enquiry for repair parts for a chainsaw. Have tried the online form, email, phone and facebook. So I am left with a faulty saw and no support to effect a repair.
Apart from the frustration at my experience I am really doubting the validity of all the 5* reviews.

Update 2/11/21: David has been in contact and supplied the washers needed to repair the chainsaw. Rating amended to reflect the support provided after the initial absence.
