I visited the BP site to order a paint sprayer which turned out to be out of stock,I dropped BP an e.mail asking if they could let me know when the item was back in stock. I received an e.mail back from Maria saying she would check the warehouse they usually keep a few units for replacement of warranties and would let me know if they could help but was quite confident they would .I received an e.mail back saying if I ordered now my paint sprayer had been added to the website,I ordered and received my unit a few days later.
What a great customer service representive for this company Maria is,I thought this type of service had died with the web but no GOOD old fashion service thanks Maria
