We’ve been using BPI Auctions for many years to both buy and sell woodworking equipment, and the service has always been excellent. We deal with Richard each time and can’t fault the support he provides. He makes the whole auction process professional, straightforward, and quick, with no issues at all. Whenever we’ve had questions or needed advice, he’s always been just a phone call away. We would highly recommend BPI Auctions and Richard’s outstanding service.

I’ve been a long time lurker on the auction site, just having a look. It wasn’t until I saw an auction I liked that I was bidding seriously, unfortunately I didn’t hit the reserve. I emailed in and was in communication with Claire who helped me find out the reserve and she reached out to the vendor to see if they’d like to sell at reserve. She did a stellar job and managed to secure some additional lots too. These were paid and collected very quickly without too much bother. All in all an excellent experience made perfect. Thank you Claire for making my first auction as smooth as possible!

I've recently purchased through BPI. Onsite BPI staff, Andy Stewart, couldn't recommend him highly enough - great communication, very helpful, god send. Overall experience with this company 10/10, its staggering it actually is an auction company!

Easy set up to get on the auction site and a very made simple and good to deal with.

Fantastic process from start to finish, all undertaken remotely and seamlessly.

I contacte Claire Allen, as I was thr winning bid during the auction. Claire handled everything very fast and efficently, she dealt with and answered all my quiries quickly which put me at ease. Great customer service from all the auction team,it was a pleasure to be able to speak to a human beinng on all ocations.

Dealt with a professional gentleman, Dave Ward, who was very helpful explaining how everything works at all stages. As soon as our woodworking was shown for auction, it was bid on and bought. The gentleman paid BPI and they pay us 14 days later. It has already been collected and all went so smoothly. Thanks to Dave, we are looking for other items no longer needed.
