I ordered online for home delivery and…
I ordered online for home delivery and pleased to say that this was completed very quickly. I received a phone call confirming the time for delivery. The driver was very good arrived on time and unloaded the goods ordered, very pleasant and cheerful.
All the goods (timber/concrete etc) was in good condition so very pleased.

Let down by not returning my deposit on time
1/5 for Bradfords not returning my deposit as quickly as they took it! (Still waiting after 5 days for £245 to be returned).
4/5 for quality of tools hired
