Excellent Customer Service
Apart from the ease of ordering, the excellent price and the speed of delivery, what also stands out is the excellent Customer Service. Some of the Oak Sleepers were banana'd. I contacted Bradfords who arranged replacements, delivered them and collected the banana'd sleepers. As I was building a 600mm high wall, I needed straight sleepers, and Bradfords obliged. Thankyou.

Not the best experience I had with Bradfords
The process of ordering was good as usual. I phoned and ask for a morning delivery and was told it was down for morning along with a delivery to Salisbury. I said first thing would be great but it didn't arrive until about 12.10. which was annoying.
Part of the order was for a sleeper. The ones on the truck were all split and not a good quality product.
