Not Happy
Ordering was easy. Payment easy. Delivery was quick on two deliveries.
First Delivery was 3 big bags of gravel. Great. Just what I wanted and ordered. 3 tonnes
Second delivery was 2 big bags of gravel to top up areas of the first 3 bags.Completely different to what I ordered the first time. Even though I ordered the same.
Thought driver may of dropped wrong ones off. Son rang them for me as he had done all the Ordering to be told " nothing could be done as it comes straight from a quarry". I now have one area and 2 completely different gravels. Great

I have got 2 completely different lots of gravel. My first lot is already down I needed the new batch just to top up with. I understand what you saying but it's not good enough. I clicked and ordered the same gravel for a reason and expected the same gravel or at least roughly the same to be delivered.
This has not happened and like I said its completely different in colour and shade

Good quality gravel & decorative…
Good quality gravel & decorative stones. I wasn't home for delivery but goods were left outside on my driveway, as I asked for them to be. Good communication both on the website and from the Blandford, Dorset branch who phoned me to let me know when delivery would be and, on the delivery day, sent me a text by 7.30am to let me know my delivery time-slot. I will definitely consider using Bradfords again. Thanks

I had an issue with my online payment…
I had an issue with my online payment and was substantially overcharged. I spoke to Katie that evening on live chat who was very patient and helpful but could not resolve the issue due to the bank holiday. The following day I decided to call customer service to get things sorted asap and spoke to the excellent Joe in customer service. He looked over my issue and issued a refund for the overcharge straight away.
My local store was also a very positive experience and the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I think that Bradford's website needs a little more work to avoid issues like this in the future but overall my experience with them was extremely positive.

The website is easy to navigate and I like the project feature. There does seem to be an issue with my nominated collection/delivery store being remembered. When I go to checkout after I've logged in, I always have to back and set my preferred store (Blandford Forum) , which is annoying.
I had some stuff delivered today by John, who took the time and trouble to wrap my plywood sheets in plastic as it was raining, which I was really happy about.

Great service
Great. Easy to order, free next day delivery on a bulk-bag of Gravel. Lorry turned up on time and unloaded the gravel bag where I wanted it (on the driveway). Incredible value considering the weight of the bag and the lorry used to deliver it. Driver operated the mini grab crane with care given my vehicles were also in the drive, all done from the roadside. Will use again.
