Ordered online on a Saturday morning as…
Ordered online on a Saturday morning as opening times said open until 2p.m. Arrived at 1:30 to find gates closed. Had to wait until Monday to pick up. Not a huge problem but annoyed at the fact that opening times are incorrect on website.
When went to pick turns out emails don’t always register on system.
All said the reason for 3 stars is the fact that the staff on the counter were very helpful and all sorted quickly. Probably not worth doing an online order though.

Wrong product delivered
Wrong product delivered, I accept I may have clicked wrong item. However I took a sample of the stone I wanted in to be told this the correct product code. Ordered 2 bags even though wasn't happy I would have to pay a restocking price. Told them when ordering in store your driver disregarded what my wife had told him about placing the bags in 1st delivery. Only to come back and find the 2nd delivery was not the same other than it was 10mm. But was different stone, and the driver had taken the 1st bags back and placed the 2nd lot in the exact same place I said not to. Really not very happy

Driver managed to drive past our…
Driver managed to drive past our property and deliver to an adjacent building site. A phone call to Bradfords regarding the delivery did identify the delivery point and the builders were good enough to bring the goods to my drive.
