No telephone call informing me that the…
No telephone call informing me that the delivery would not be as agreed on Tuesday, but Wednesday. I took a days holiday on the Tuesday to start the work. What a waste of a day. Still waiting on a promised call from the manager which as I am only a none trade cash customer will not happen. Disappointed as normally all is good and delivered as promised. A call would have been so useful shame the manager could not be bothered. Delivery driver as always great to deal with shame the support is just not there from the office.

Such a kind and friendly driver
Such a kind and friendly driver. He took the time to make sure that our two bags of gravel were delivered to the side of our drive so that could get our car out. Delivery was on time.

Make sure you find out when delivery will be
I was initially told that my delivery would be between midday and 1pm. It actually arrived at 08.30, just as I arrived back from walking the dog.

Good value, easy to load material into van
Reasonable value item, located at a place in the yard where it was easy to load the van, the guy who helped me load did a good deed as he was actually a delivery driver and not one of the yardsmen, who were busy.
