Unfriendly staff
The staff at the Evercreech depot could be a bit more attentive and do some service with a smile. The place is hostile. Having read your reply, it is a pity you don’t listen to what customers say and acknowledge a problem rather than just reject opinions and pretend all is well. There’s not much point in reviewing service if it is not listened to by the management

Ordered my slablayer at 8:15am and at 9 am and a lovely man Knocked at the door with my delivery. I was shocked it was here in the hour let alone the same day.

Fantastic service from very helpful people
This was my first experience with Bradford's as my usual go-to hardware suppliers were closed. I cannot thank Debbie (I think) enough. She went above and beyond, tracking down my items, arranging for Ian to bring them to the gate and generally being really, really helpful on a day when you were arranging to reopen after covid-19 closure. Ian then passed them over, whilst respecting social distancing and without being weird about it.
Fantastic service from genuinely nice, helpful people. You're a half hour drive from me but I will be back.

Always excellent service from Bradfords Evercreech but last week Ian and the Bossman went out of their way to ensure i got the materials i needed delivered ASAP. Good quality, clean, straight timber lengths and decking, great prices. Wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. Thank you

Couldn't organise a drinking contest in a brewery.
Yet again, the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. No one seems to speak to each other within this company. My order was taken and paid for but was out of stock.
It took nearly three weeks to finally find out where it was. Had to drive a long way to a different branch to collect it. This will probably be the last time I order any more materials from this poorly organised company.
