Great customer service from Emma and Brian when i went for my collection on Saturday morning - I'm a DIY'er and had to cut my plywood sheet down before i could fit it in the car - no pressure just good options and a space to do it given by both Emma & Brian

Ordered my materials online, had a phonecall to arrange delivery day, I wasn't present on the day of delivery but the gentleman phoned me to ask where to place the materials which was of great convenience to me, only issue was 5 of my 16 slabs were damaged which was of no one's fault just unfortunate, but phoned the next day to report it then 5 new slabs were delivered the day after, great delivery service and great customer service would highly recommend Bradford's to anybody for their supplies. 👍

Had to call late afternoon to find out if i was getting my online order delivered which was arranged by agreement for Friday 12th June . 1 x week after ordering online was placed as this was the earliest delivery date .
Materials were delivered sometime between 15;00 and 17;00 not really sure as the driver just dropped the materials on my drive way and left . I was sitting in my front living room during this time and I didn't even here the lorry reverse into the Close that I live in (or out ) Plus he needed to us a Hi-ab to unload the 2 x dumpy bags ? Can not understand why he never called my mobile or rang the door bell. Only saying as the dumpy bags were need else where . Happy days !

Have been trying to call for over a week as I never got the item and want a refund as I’ve got it from somewhere else now

Delivery Slot would help.
Ordering, order confirmation and delivery were all fine but just a day for delivery in vague. Delivered at 13:30 so effectively wasted half a day waiting.

Great customer service. Phoned In the morning and just before delivery. Everyone was extremely friendly. Gravel arrived and was clean! Perfect. Thank you all at Bradfords

a good service, staff were friendly . VERY well laid out process for click and collect. tried for 3 days to order a few boards to finish off agate with wickes and B/Q with real problems accessing there service. Bradford's was a breeze
