Delighted with my new lawn
Excellent service both in store and delivery.
Had large bag of granite dust and long roll of artificial grass. Having no experience at all of buying artificial grass I was please to get plenty of helpful advice on how much to get, materials needed and how to do the job.
When delivered the items were placed exactly where it was easiest for me to manage on my own. Very polite and helpful staff and driver.

No invoice on my online account
The materials I ordered where great and the chap delivering them was fantastic.
My only criticism, was that everything was more expensive than I was expecting (though I understand that everything has gone up) and that I still have no invoice on my online accounts. This makes it difficult for the sales people to see when I call into the store or ring up. Apparently the online account is not compatible with the instore accounts!

Great service, from ordering to delivery
Great service. Ordered online, got a text and email confirmation. Then got a phone call the morning before to confirm delivery. Got a further text message on the day to give me a timeslot and the name of the driver. Delivery was on time, by very polite and helpful driver who carried my fence panels to where I wanted them. Would use again.

I had ordered these fence panels online on Sunday 20th February . I received a email to say when they would be delivered and they were delivered on Wednesday 23rd, as promised.
Unfortunately I was at work on that day, but the delivery man phoned me to check that it was the right address and most importantly left the panels where I had requested.
