Near term delivery day offered very soon after order placed. Delivery slot offered and delivery was right in the middle.

800kg 20mm Gravel delivery.
Great Service, delivery driver asked where I wanted the 2 800kg bags of 20mm gravel placed, I told home and a few minutes later all done and dropped off exactly where needed. Very good service will use again.

Items advised as ready for pickup not available
Great initial communication. But on Click & Collect some of my items were not there for pickup when advised they were ready. They also tried to foist damaged plywood board on me, which I got unloaded. After a couple of days they got the missing items from another store. I picked them up today, had to load them myself and had no apology for the initial shortage. This is not generally like Bradfords as I have had very good service from them in the past. Hopefully, this was a one-off.
