Just what we needed!
Friendly with a great delivery service. Was contacted to say a product was not in stock but if I was happy they'd deliver what was, then deliver the remaining as soon as it was in stock. So great communication. As it turns out everything was on the delivery after all. The gentleman arrived with a polite and friendly outlook and delivered to the exact location we needed the materials. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. These guys go above and beyond to ensure everything was ok and as we needed. Couldn't have asked for more. Very well done 😊

As always helpful and efficient . The only reason not a 5 star review is havent got all my order , no contact to say when the order will be completed , its minor but holding the job up a bit . 41/2 stars really . Delivery boys always do right by me and me by them .(Parking space)

Most competitive price I could find…
Most competitive price I could find online. Kept up-to-date with delivery time via emails. The delivery driver who delivered my order was helpful and polite. If I need anymore building materials in the future I will more than likely use Bradfords again, as I couldn't fault the service I received from them.

Great team at St Austell branch
The experience was the best I have ever experienced from a builders merchant. The online ordering system was straightforward. During contact with the local branch team to arrange delivery and the delivery itself, I was treated professionally and as a valued customer, despite the diy scale of the order.
