First class service, I received a call to confirm a date for delivery & on the delivery date I received a text to confirm a time slot.. I had 2 bags of stone delivered to exactly where I asked, the driver was helpful couldn't ask for a better experience..

Exceptional service
We ordered some sleepers from the Trowbridge store and they were delivered yesterday by Matt. Matt was absolutely brilliant, we had a tight driveway and limited space to put the sleepers but he managed it in no time. He was very lovely and super speedy!
It's not often you can be impressed by a delivery but he was brilliant!!
We will definitely be ordering from the Trowbridge store again.

Damaged goods
Ordered 4 lengths of Decking Board. When it turned up one length was badly damaged. This is annoying because the person who put it on the delivery truck would have known full well it was damaged but still allowed it to be dumped on some unsuspecting customer! Not impressed. Order #000169182. Looking forward to Bradfords compensating me for damaged item and also for much better service in the future.
