You stated I would receive a text to say when the delivery would be arriving . You sent 3 texts at same time stating, delivery today , delivery slot between 12 & 3 and that it had been delivered this was at 2 pm. Not sure when you dumped it on my disabled daughters lawn ??. She looked out and realised it was there , part of the delivery was post cement mix which must be kept dry and it was spitting with rain!! Managed to get my son to drive over before work to move delivery ti safer location. Had you knocked my daughters door she would have come and asked you kindly to put cement under the porch. She felt very useless as her disability means she can’t move it herself. Not that m pressed with the poor communication and inconvenience this caused and no knock on the door either. Has the cement been spoilt I would have requested collection and replacement. Spent nearly £500 so not impressed

Excellent service
Bradfords told when the delivery would be made. Driver came at the time stated and remembered the house, helped me in with timber and dropped stone chippings in bulk bag exactly where we needed. Excellent service.

Ordered 4 x 4.2mtr lengths of wood for…
Ordered 4 x 4.2mtr lengths of wood for replacing sofet boards, what came on the delivery was meterage, which meant I got 5 varying lengths all shorter than I ordered. Guys that delivered weren’t interested and couldn’t get away quick enough. Not impressed with the service at all.
