Ordered the heaviest dumbbell + stand. Fast delivery to Sweden.
When putting together the stand, two bolts were defect, and one of them impossible to attach completely. Upon contacting Sultan at customer support I received a new set of bolts in short notice.

The dumbbell itself is really nice, and since I use the stand it attaches the bottom part for the dumbbells nicely. Without it I noticed the dumbbell grabs the bottom part upon lifting up the dumbbell if you are on higher weights (30-35 kg or more), which is annoying.

Bought a pair of one of their adjustable dumbbells and the product looks solid after a couple of workouts. I think its great value for money. I did have an issue with the delivery, got only one dumbbell at first. Got in touch with their customer services, and Hassan helped me get the missing dumbbell very quickly.

All in all great experience with them.

I ordered 2x 32.5kg dumbells and they came with several missing plates.

The service team (Sultan) fixed it overnight - quite impressed.

The set is now complete and it works as intended.

Had a issue with my dumbbells just under 2 years after purchasing them. I requested replacements and sent out what they has in stock and kept me updated about the other parts I needed that were ordered in. Customer support were very friendly and quick to respond if I needed a new set I'd be back to braingain 💪

Great product. First time assembled it wrong way and few pieces fell on the ground - I believe the manual may be improved to emphasize this, or side pieces/packaging may be marked somehow to ensure correct assembly. Keep it up!

Great product, quality as expected. Really satisfied with the purchase even though the dumbbells are pretty expensive.
The customer service is also excellent. When a part of my delivery was damaged, they immediately replaced it and sent a new one.

To be honest I’m always hesitant about buying things online… I received the order and it had a weight missing and instantly thought there was absolutely zero chance of this getting sorted.

To my surprise they responded to my email and sorted straight away. These guys are professional and the weights absolutely superb.

I’ve had and been enjoying my all-in-one adjustable weights for nearly six months. However, when I was using them one set of the weights got stuck on one side. I contacted Customer Support at BrainGain and they quickly helped me sort out that issue. I was particularly pleased with the detailed help I received from Sultan. I can definitely recommend this company and their all-in-one adjustable weights.

I've been using the 4-40kg DB set for about one month now. Thought I'd leave it a bit before writing a review.

I had no issues with the delivery (like some experiences on here). All arrived in one package, 5 BDs after ordering. Easy to assemble using the online instructions.

So far, i've had no issues at all with the DBs. The plates stay in place, no problem switching or choosing desired weight.

I've seen some people mentioning difficulties in re-racking at higher weights (e.g. 35kg and up). I put them down on the floor and re-rack one by one, which works absolutely fine. No need to re-rack between sets (when do you ever do this in the gym??).

All in all, really pleased. The reason not to give 5 stars is a challenge to the entire industry to push down prices further. Braingain are really competitive compared to peers (and really good quality) but I would like to see these go for closer to £550. Also seeing Black Friday deals now which would be great to take part of ;)

My adjustable dumbbell was broken during a house move (Pro tip: make sure you check that the removal team unload the plates before transporting your dumbbells! My guys didn't!). Kamran from customer services helped me identify a replacement part and kindly put me on the waiting list for incoming stock. Top service and top communication. Been using the 45kg adjustable dumbbells for just over a year. One of the handles stopped adjusting correctly so I contacted the customer service team and they could not have been more helpful. They didn't have a new handle immediately available but ordered one from the factory straight away. Kamran was wonderful and kept me fully informed from dispatch to delivery. Absolutely amazing customer service.
The products themselves are well made and of sturdy construction. Would recommend these guys to anyone and I will definitely be purchasing more products in the future.

The dumbbells are awesome. I really enjoy training with them. They're stable and well-made. They're very high quality. Delivery was quick and customer support anwsered my questions quick and accurately. I definitely recommend this store.
