I’ve had very positive experiences with their customer support so far.
I contacted them twice and both times they replied within 24 hours and were very helpful. The first time I wanted to change my order even though the package was already on its way. They cancelled it without any hassle so I could place the correct order, and I received my refund within 24 hours.
The second time I paid 20 € for express delivery, but the tracking showed UPS Standard. As a customer, it doesn’t feel great to pay extra for “express” and then see a normal standard shipment. After I contacted support, they told me that if the package did not arrive the next day, I would get the 20 € refunded. I appreciate this as a pragmatic and customer‑friendly gesture.
However, from a contractual and legal point of view, this “bet” solution does not really change the underlying situation: I paid specifically for an “express delivery” service, but what was actually used was standard shipping. Unless “express delivery” is clearly defined in the terms as merely a faster handover to UPS (with the same service level), the additional 20 € are, strictly speaking, owed back regardless of when the package arrives, because the agreed service (express shipping) was not provided as described.
That said, I decided not to escalate this further. In practice, I accept their solution because the support was responsive, fair in tone, and I am more interested in receiving the product than arguing about 20 €. Still, I think it is important to state clearly that, legally, this handling is not fully consistent with what was advertised.

Excellent customer service from Bilal. Had an issue with the locking mechanism on a set of adjustable dumbells I purchased in Jan 2025. Rapid response to my query, with a number of suggestions on how to fix the issue. Thanks Bilal!

I bought the dumbells, they are awesome ! Good quality, BrainGain was very efficient, they sent it quickly, the packages were perfect. Lately I had questions about the product and the delivery and Sultan was very helpful. Perfect experience, thank you ! Now I have to train !!!

I was influenced by some YouTube reviews, but coming from Bowflex, I have to say these aren’t the upgrade I expected. The build quality is disappointing, plastic surfaces are scratched, tolerances are poor, and sometimes adjacent plates lift when using the dumbbells. There’s also noticeable rattling during use. Overall, it feels more like an overpriced dropshipping product than a high-quality piece of equipment. Bowflex, in comparison, is clearly superior in quality.

Thank you to Kamran, who was very courteous and professional throughout the delivery, even though there was a small issue. He was very responsive.

Got the adjustable dumbbells on a black Friday deal, they assembled easily, look exactly like the picture and work great! Big shout out to Hassan, who went above and beyond in helping me with an issue I had with my order, he had my issue sorted and product with me within 24 hours!

Superb customer service, I had an issue with my dumbbells I ordered, and they ordered a replacement handle for me, no funny business. Though I'm only giving it 4 stars -- because of the defect. However, customer service (from Zain) has made me a satisfied customer. Thanks Zain

Having bought several variations (bigger weights and smaller increments) the adjustment dumbbells from Braingain are brilliant, take up so much less room the traditional sets and look so smart and easy to use.. Also their customer service is second to none, quick delivery and quick response from the customer service email with queries, when i had an issue over a year after buying my most recent set they were happy to help and rectify the issues, especially Sultan who has recently helped me with an issue and has been a great help. Highly Recommended.

I purchased the Braingain adjustable Dumbbells and was so pleased, my son loves them, very good quality and well made. This company is one of the best I have purchased from and I buy a lot online. The Customer service was 1st class and Hassan is a credit to the company. Delivery was fast and I was kept updated the whole time, would definitely buy from here again.

Ordered the heaviest dumbbell + stand. Fast delivery to Sweden.
When putting together the stand, two bolts were defect, and one of them impossible to attach completely. Upon contacting Sultan at customer support I received a new set of bolts in short notice.

The dumbbell itself is really nice, and since I use the stand it attaches the bottom part for the dumbbells nicely. Without it I noticed the dumbbell grabs the bottom part upon lifting up the dumbbell if you are on higher weights (30-35 kg or more), which is annoying.

Bought a pair of one of their adjustable dumbbells and the product looks solid after a couple of workouts. I think its great value for money. I did have an issue with the delivery, got only one dumbbell at first. Got in touch with their customer services, and Hassan helped me get the missing dumbbell very quickly.

All in all great experience with them.

I ordered 2x 32.5kg dumbells and they came with several missing plates.

The service team (Sultan) fixed it overnight - quite impressed.

The set is now complete and it works as intended.

Had a issue with my dumbbells just under 2 years after purchasing them. I requested replacements and sent out what they has in stock and kept me updated about the other parts I needed that were ordered in. Customer support were very friendly and quick to respond if I needed a new set I'd be back to braingain 💪

Great product. First time assembled it wrong way and few pieces fell on the ground - I believe the manual may be improved to emphasize this, or side pieces/packaging may be marked somehow to ensure correct assembly. Keep it up!

Great product, quality as expected. Really satisfied with the purchase even though the dumbbells are pretty expensive.
The customer service is also excellent. When a part of my delivery was damaged, they immediately replaced it and sent a new one.
