Do Not order!! Scam! Spent £75 ordered in June still not received order. No response to any emails. Avoid.

I placed an order on 02/10/2024, we are now on 02/12/2024, I still have not received my £75 order or heard anything back from them after emailing them. I want my money back !!

Avoid. Ordered middle of October and still haven’t received. Nor have I heard anything from the company which is dodgy not to mention unprofessional. I have now placed a complaint via Klarna and hoping to get my money back. Does not seem legit to me and lots of bad reviews everywhere about them. Don’t waste your time or money.

Total scam, I made on order of £77 on 29 September and no sign of the order or any response to my chase up emails.
Do not order from this scam.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Paid £75 on the 12 Sept and have been chasing them up for my product with zero reply. I am calling my bank now to report fraud.

They never reply to emails.

My order eventually arrived but the age requirement on the product was different to that stated on the website so my son cannot have these.
I also ordered some adult ones which had absolutely no effect.
The packaging is also extremely poorly printed and the ingredients label is illegible on all bottles.

Emailed to request a return and again not even an acknowledgment so have started a chargeback with my credit card company.

Nothing ever delivered. And no mushrooms included in the list of ingredients. They just don’t respond to chaser emails. Absolute scam.

Like so many others I payed and ordered in September,still waiting for my order to arrive,had minimal comunication asking for my order details then nothing , very disappointed and lost my money .

I ordered on the 17 of October spent £70 and I'm now worried I've been scammed. I purchased because they stated that they were on Good Morning Britten. It's sad they use a trusted program to push their scam. It's not fear because I'm just looking for a solution for my daughter. #Iwantmymoneyback

Scam. Product never arrived.

I was scammed. Ordered this over 2 months ago and did not receive my order! Do not buy. I ordered £70 worth of vitamins and have not received anything!

Ordered products on 19th September. Advised on 7th October they had been shipped, I’m still waiting on 31st October. I have requested a refund because it would appear there is no product to be provided. A total scam!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Website said transaction had not gone through so ordered again then ended up with x2 order tried emailing multiple times to return one no response. Actual gummy’s just taste like pure sugar save your money and invest in a real mushroom supplement

My order also has still not arrived!
I have sent 4 emails now and no one is replying to me.

My order of Sept 2nd 2024 never arrived. I contacted the company three times. The first two times I got an automated reply siting supply issues due to overwhelming demand. I never heard back the third time.

It seems to be a scam. Don't purchase.

Shocking that a company is playing on a medical disability to make its money; and scamming carers who are buying them because of desperation to help make someone's life easier to cope with.

SCAM - or woefully incompetent. Ordered over a month ago and still no product. Took my money and didn’t deliver. That’s what I call a scam.

ordered these for my son through seeing advert on Facebook. i then decided to check out trustpilot after and i felt like id just wasted my money reading all the comments. they took 14 days to come but that was made clear from the start. this company is definitely not a scam and if they work i will be back to give 5 stars. they taste nice i wanted to try before i gave to my son. you can feel secure ordering from them from my experience.

Bought the gummies over 1,5 months ago and still haven't got it. Apparently they sent it, but when I asked for tracking number, I never got an email back. Shocking how disgusting people can be to make money.
