Ordered on the 24th of September. No sign of items as of the 19th of October.

This is not a scam. I placed an order on the 1st of Oct and they arrived today took exactly 14 working days, which they do state online. But I panicked when reading all the negative reviews! Genuine company which answered my emails/ fb messages when I began to panic😂

DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT! This is a scam. The supplements arrived after one month, but the label is entirely unreadable. Also, when I checked the company details, I couldn't find any information, and the registered manufacturing address is also for a different cosmetics company. There website is blocked and all their online details have vanish! DO NOT GIVE THIS TO YOUR KIDS! IT ISN'T SAFE

They take payment and nothing arrives. £75 vanished. Please do not get scammed like we did.

This looked great on Facebook and I did a fair bit of reading up on it but having ordered at huge expense weeks and weeks ago I still haven't received anything. Now I'm worried it might have been a scam.

Placed an order on the 26th of September 2024, no order or confirmation email received and they don't reply to emails. A complete scam.

Same here. Spent £75 on them on 5th of September and after 4 emails and Facebook messages finally received them today (11th of October ) I also thought I have been scammed as was getting no email replies but they arrived today. Try contacting them on Facebook as they reply there and have confirmed the package was posted.

Not sure if they will work but they taste nice. Will come back to post results here.

Scam exactly the same as all previous comments scam scam scam.

I ordered on 27th August and still haven't received them. I have emailed and had no response. I am starting to think that I've been scammed.

I ordered 2 months ago and have not recieved my order. I asked for a refund after 6 weeks but no response. I would avoid buying, no customer support and at this point I have no evidence that it is anything other than a fraud.

I too thought a scam but they are not, delivery received just too longer than advertised, hoping they will help time will tell

Like a lot of customers, I was worried I would not get my shipment after waiting for over 14 business days for some sort of shipping confirmation. However, customer service did respond to my social media messages and managed to ship the product in tact. This may just be a small business trying to keep up with demand. The product itself looks and tastes as promised, and will await to see if any results come from its use.

Pointed out their lack of evidence on their facebook page and they blocked and deleted me. Avoid, save your money. Scammers.

Definitely not a scam. But do take a while to come.

I ordered some Brainy Bearz gummies and a week later remembered I had ordered them, but never seen any shipping info, so I sent them a message on FB messenger.

They responded quickly to say that they are working to a 14 working day shipping time and it does say so on their website, which I checked, and it does.

I then read trust pilot reviews and got worried.

Yesterday was 14 working days since order and I sent another message on FB messenger. I got a response to say to the goods had been shipped, and I got an email confirmation from them.

My gummies arrived today.

They taste good and we are looking forward to trying them.

Perhaps it's just because they are a new business the shipping is taking so much time. Maybe they should give us a reason why and we would be more understandable. But I'm still giving 5 starts because they have done exactly what they said they would from order, to query, to receipt.

I hope the products are good and I wish their new business luck and success.

Bit of a wait but apparently they make these in fresh batches so wouldn’t put me off ordering them again. Was worried my son wouldn’t take them as he is fussy to say the least but he loves the taste! I’ve been using lions mane for years and know it works wonders so am looking forward to seeing how he gets on with these.

I called them out as a scam on facebook and got blocked! If that doesn't scream scam. They have 5* reviews but don't claim where from, but make them look like the trust pilot stars. But on Trustpilot you'll find just 10 reviews, half are saying scam and the others are very dubious. Please note one of the reviewers on here is so happy with her purchase made at the end of August; apparently, it's really helped their child with their homework from school...Is that so, funny being 99% of schools don't go back till September. ITS A SCAM

I too ordered some gummies (14th August) and when I chased this order I was told 14 working days / this date has passed no dispatch! They have also blocked me from Facebook … scammers!!!

Edit: messaged to tell me they were blocking me from their Facebook page and their business page. Rude scammers

Thanks so much for the products guys. Arrived on time and iv put in another order already for myself, I can’t wait to see the benefits, iv done so much research around mushrooms for my child so when I seen these I had to try! Absolutely fantastic communication too, I message on Facebook and they got back to me in an hour on a Sunday!! Very impressed!

My 3 months of bottles arrived and I can’t wait to start seeing the benefits, delivery was a little longer than Amazon but it does state on the website 14 working days so that’s fine. I think other reviews have failed to understand working and calander days and that not every business has the Amazon Prime option 🤣 I can also advise it is not a SCAM!!!
